Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and a great way to keep tasks and projects organized. I use it daily to communicate and collaborate on projects within my team. It was easy to train my team to get it implemented. I'm working on getting the rest of my coworkers to use it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little too simplified, but I am using the free version. The paid version has more features that I haven't explored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our marketing team to stay ontop of projects and tasks within those projects. I'm also able to track my team's progress on projects and tasks when they need assistance.
Asana is super intuitive and easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a tool that has made my days easier, both for managing the team and for managing my personal tasks. It's very easy to get started with, the features assist with complex projects involving multiple teams, deadlines, and details, as well as simpler projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no complaints. The platform assists me with everything I need.

Asana is solving the problem of project management, in which I'm involved with other teams. Internally within my team, it has been assisting me with task management.

Easy and Intuitive Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes organizing work for my team easy and efficient. I can track tasks across multiple projects and always know where we are on all statuses. We can also work across teams and keep track of everything that's happening for any project across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more custom reporting options. It would help for specific senior-level reports we need to send for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to coordinate work across multiple teams and departments while tracking workloads for team members.
Clearly defined, user friendly project management app!

I love the ease of use Asana provides it's users.

In order to create a true portfolio you need the pro version.

It's really helping us identify our resource use better than ever. It maps out a clear vision board for us.

How robust the platform is. The App Integrations. The customer support and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping it Simple! There's so much you can do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Film indusrty tools are very disconnected. I am able to create budgets that 'talk' with my shooting breakdowns and schedules. I have replaced all the seperate apps, calendars and software for planning and running a show with multiple teams.
Great Tool for Collaboration and Prioritization Setting
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use and install and feels intuitiuve. I use Asana daily for work and have it open throughout the work day to help me prioritize my work and collaborate with my colleagues. It's easy to see how projects are moving along, where the roadblocks are, and easy to communicate with team members to troubleshoot. It integrates with Google Calendar, Gmail, Clockwise, and a number of other apps to help your productovity and save you time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of notifications can be a lot at first, but you can change notification settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all tasks and projects in one place, and being able to view the worklod and prioritize is incredibly helpful.

Asana has been really helpful with keeping me organized and keeping me accountable to my team. It also streamlines communication, so my email inbox isn't bombarded.

What I love about Asana is its user-friendly interface, robust features that streamline task management and collaboration. It allows our teams to stay organize, prioritize and delegate tasks, and track progress frequently and effectively. I love the integrations available to further streamline your day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Asana! I hope more companies implement Asana. If I were to make a request, it would be ability to count/tally/number task rows as custom project board option.

Cross functional RACI model put into action via Asana. Asana is expanding visibility to critical company work and streamlining cross-functional flows and requests.
