Asana is great for remote asynchronous work
What do you like best about the product?
I work asynchronously and at really odd hours. Asana helps me continuously communicate with the "day people". I can see the status and answers to my questions when next I can return to the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only occasionally, a few of my coworkers will miss tags for them to answer in comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asynchronous work caused us to begin using Asana, but I believe it would help even if everyone was working the same hours

The calendar and ability to set up projects with subtasks

There's nothing so far we don't like about it

Offers a helpful visual calender where we can see comms outputs coming up and the tasks involved in delivering those.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes project management a lot less stressful. It's helpful with communicating where things are and in sharing tasks with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can think of - its a great tool.

It allows for communication for a remote team on projects and assigning work.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's list functions and projects have changed my life. From work to holiday planning and even my day to day responsibilities, it's so easy to use and such a clean and efficient interface. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some additional features in regards to their rules but otherwise it does everything I need and more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep on top of all of my deadlines and stay on top of how my team is tracking towards shared goals also.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The screens are easy to use, pushing work back and forth is simple for our team, I can tell at a glance where things stand, for myself and for work I ave assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on who you work with , there style may be more granular, creating to many "ticks" to say something is complete. I do not fault Asana for this, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana for multiple challenges: on boarding, help doc creation, project over site, and work share where development, testing is pushed back and forth.

It's organizational capabilities are what I like the most.

I dislike all of the notifications I find them excessive.

Prioritizing and delegating tasks!
Easy-to-use and helpful app
What do you like best about the product?
The desktop browser version is very easy to use and beginner-friendly. The calendar and project options make managing both small and large projects very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies working with a team; our tasks are clearly designated.
Asana Turns Chaos into Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for turning your email inbox into a prioritized to-do list. I use it daily, and I can easily take an email and create a task, assign that task across projects, and keep stakeholders informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot Asana can do, and it can be overwhelming, but they offer a lot of training and help to get over that learning curve. Without that additional help, you either feel like you're drowning or stuck in first gear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can stay on top of time-sensitive items and quickly prioritize my tasks and pivot as needed.
Project management simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for building project timelines and shifting responsibility to cross functional partners. The task based nature of Asana and creating to-do lists for responsible parties makes it easier than ever to provide people with a picture of what is needed from them when you are working on projects with many moving parts. It cuts down on the need for creating multiple reports for different teams from the same project with the way it is setup and operates. I look forward to rolling out what we have built in Asana for our cross functional teams to maximize our work time and cut down on spin.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing missing from Asana for me, is a clear way to database information as you would in other project management programs. I know it can be done and will figure it out, but it is not a spreadsheet setup, so it will take some time for me to figure out the best way to tackle the idea of creating a knowledge base.

Intuitive program to create and maintain timelines for projects when you are working with many different teams.
