Asana Increases Efficiency & Reduces Missed Deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
I love how accountable it keeps you if used properly. Asana is a life safer when it comes to due dates!
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't like that you can't copy full projects over and have to re-create the same templates repeatedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have mulitple due dates at one time, Asana makes it easier to stay on top of!
A great task manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tag, add sub-tasks and color-code in terms of priority, type of asset, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a la carte options for specific upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of figuring out when to post and what the content will consist of. It's ability to be a browser and an app helps to copy/paste anywhere on the go.
Love Asana, But Don't Clutter My Work Space!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love being able to track multiple projects. As a designer, it's super important to be able to see the flow of all my tasks, see when they are completed, and to see if they are approved. I honestly don't think I could work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not love how all the premium features are added to take up space when my company truly only needs the free version. Sometimes I'll accidentally hit those buttons only to be annoyed that it isnt available in my current version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I have multiple projects going on where I'm involved, it lets me see an easy overview of when those items will be needed and also lets me know where I need to work.
Great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana is easy to use and streamlines project management and timelines
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as of now except that maybe it's a little pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with other agencies and companies and have a lot of revolving projects and assignments. Without Asana, we wouldn't be able to keep track of everything and delegate as easily as we are able to now.
Keeps team on track
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Asana for over a year and have grown to depend on it for projects and day-to-day tasks. Things that used to drop off our radar are now kept front of mind. We have literally saved thousands of dollars because we're not missing yearly contract deadlines, etc. It easy to turn emails into tasks, keeping them from getting lost the "noise" of our inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using the free version so we're limited to the basic features but it's still a robust program without reporting, etc. Not everyone in the organization wants to use it, claiming "it's one more platform to monitor."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping projects on track, streamlining processes, collaboration on new initiatives.
Organization and Task Management MUCH Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It has made my day-to-day tasks and projects SO much easier to manage! It helpes me not to forget small things. I can write notes in each task and assign due dates. Every day I log in to see what is due today. I have a lot going on, so if there is something that needs to be done, I put it in Asana so I don't forget. It allows due dates, subtasks, dependancies, tagging other employees, and more. I used it at my last job - I started a new job a few months ago and downloaded Asana right away. My other colleagues don't use Asana, but I keep mentioning it and have brought it up to our General Manager and CEO to think about implementing. It is easy to use and get started using.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like about Asana. They made an update recently which changed how projects are organized on the side bar that I find more annoying, but its a minor thing in the big picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering what tasks I have due and when, keeping track of notes, comments, and otherwise about each task, keeping organized, helps with workflow and who is responsible for what. It also can help streamline approvals.
Great Organization & Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to customize your Asana projects and separate accounts. It's also very user-friendly and intuitive for others who are not familiar with the platform. I use it every day and highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools within Asana that I do not use, I would love as easy way to learn more about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of workflow and project status.
Old Fashioned Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is this Asana an exceptional product, the Asana customer service team offers the kind of old-fashioned customer service you just don't find much anymore. Despite my "frustrated" correspondence with them, I was treated patiently and with respect. They solved my problem quickly and with compassion. Great product. Great company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some of the most awesome tools aren't available in the lower-level plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana's platform helps me stay organized, which significantly contributes to my success. I love how I can manage my personal life right alongside my work life, thanks to the projects feature.
Asana has transformed the way we work!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows for a cohesive flow for projects in our organization. We are able to communicate our needs and ideas, set up due dates for projects to keep us on track, and checking off our completed tasks gives us a measure of pride and accountability in our role in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Asana. It is easy to use and implement and it has kept our organization on track. I couldn't really ask for more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some team members struggled with procrastination and putting off projects until close to the due date. Since implementing Asana, we have been able to check off tasks throughout the project and stayed on time.
Good for organizing with any sized business
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana for its organizational tools. I create myself tasks and set due dates and it helps me to prioritize my workload. It's a super-powered to-do list even though I usually only use it for myself. I can't get my coworkers on board, but it's ok because we are a small team who communicates in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. There are just a lot of features that we don't use in our business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a tendency to take on too much at once, but with tasks and project management tools in Asana, I can keep track of my workload and prioritize effectively. That waay I don't drop the ball on big deadlines!
