Asana Academy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana has pre-recorded and live classes. After months of trying on my own attending a live class has given me so much more confidence in using the product
What do you dislike about the product?
It's such a huge platform and a little intimidating. There could be more guidance for 1st timers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay on track and keep up with my time line of getting things done
Great System for Project and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Asana to delegate tasks among my team, gain snapshots on project timelines, and organize my own daily tasks in lieu of a traditional paper to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is taking some getting used to, so I'm enjoying the free workshops they offer to get a better hold on how to make the most of my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping my team delegate tasks and stay focused on our assignments. It has also increased our communication on roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
All Purpose Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Asana can handle all of my org's project management and personal productivity needs. It has helped to streamline tasks and created a way for colleagues to align and increased visibility of project progressions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the many capabilities, the learning curve/onboarding can be challenging. It has taken some time to tailor my personal experience and properly integrate with the org's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped to consolidate my to do lists and helped me to connect my work streams while visualizing upcoming workload.
A great tool for our Non-Profit organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Great for organization, team and cross-team collaboration. Would highly recommend Asana!
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to upgrade from one paid account to another paid account to access some of the feature set. Set the price and give paid users access to all features.

Keeping all team members informed throughout the life of projects and tasks.
Asana - Great project management and communication tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Asana into project management has been tremendously helpful and a huge time saver. Our teams organization and communication is continually improving using this program and I am currenly looking at ways to implement it in other areas of our organization because it has been so helpful. Their team has been very supportive and gives plenty of trainings and helpful information to get you started on the right foot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything I dislike about Asana at this point. I am continually learning about new tools it offers that I am finding useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping our team keep track of projects and what tasks are completed and who they are assigned to as well as the tasks that still need to be completed so we are not missing anything.
Asana is a great one-stop shop tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have my procedures located in one central place that I can assign team members to. As their roles change, I remove or add them easily. As the job changes, I can easily make edits to the work process and this notifies the team members as well. These saves me from having to create new training as it already exists. I particularly enjoy being able to add detail to a task, but it is located in a sub folder so it doesn't clutter up the screen until it is clicked on. I like that I can upload pictures as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that once I turn it on I don't have to check it until there are changes. This means I forget how I created something in the first place. I did have some difficulty trying to "copy" a project and then edit it. Something got out of whack, but I'm sure some of it was user error. I just had to start from scratch. I contacted customer service, but it felt like they were not useful, and after a few exchanges, I never heard from them again. I know there was a way to do it because I had done it before, but I didn't want to take the time to search for a video or other tutorial. There wasn't a lot of content to watch when I first started. That may have changed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a cloud based system that contains instructions on how to work on my clients. In case anything ever happens to me, this is a great place for someone to come to see how to run my business

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible it is when it comes to creating projects for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some initial setup, but once you're familiar with the logic, it's an amazing tool.

It's creating visability and accountability for the team's NUMEROUS projects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is the ease of use for creating, organizing, and tracking tasks. It is excellent for organizing team and individual projects. The AI feature is helpful for creating messages. I like the control you have over the projects and tasks to ensure completion by being aware of all aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure what happens to our data if we stop using Asana.

Confident in Rolling out Asana to My Team
What do you like best about the product?
I am excited to use the rules and dependencies features in aa more effective way. This is one of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered anything that I dislike as of yet, but will continue to try new functions and features to note anything for feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay connected to my team and stay organized more than anything. I often feel as though I have a million tabs open in my brain, but Asana helps me keep them separate and organized.
Great Software to use!
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great software to organize your tasks, especially tasks that take multiple team members to complete and keep accountable.The fact that all team members can access our to do list and then can keep everyone on the team accountable. It is easy to implement in the day to day work load. We use this software weekly as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing all of the features that are available!

This has helped keep our team accountable and organizes our tasks on a daily basis.
