The reminders via email are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more options for organization on the side bar.

We have various reviewers and approvers for projects and Asana makes it easy to collect feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Works well for new processes. Fully customizable to suit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI needs some work. It's hard to even click into tasks since there is so much going on. Simple tasks become convoluted and difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides more visibility to all of our employees. While email still works well, Asana helps with open collaboration.

Simplicity. I enjoy not having more than what is necessary.

Some carrier information doesn't always transfer properly.

It saves me time by having all of the client information in one place.

Great software for managing tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having the tasks laid out in an aesthetically pleasing manner, where you can see the flowcharts and organizational connections that come with the implementation of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions can seem complicated at first, such as sub-tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me set out a clear vision of the tasks that I have to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see where projects are at without asking while working asynchronously. It has been helpful for productivity management of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to merge tasks and to assign more than one person per task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of the multiple projects moving forward at the same time. It's helping me manage my teams projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used other task management platforms and Asana is easily the best. It’s so user friendly and easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
When you delete something by accident but don’t realize it until a minute or so later it can be hard to recover it

Keeps our team running efficiently and we’re reaching milestones as a result

What do you like best about the product?
When I first came across Asana, I was able to setup a simple task management board in a few minutes with minimal training. Asana can be tailored for a simple tasks and can be utilized for Capital projects.
I have also had to provide very minimal amount of training to new users. I also like that Asana has a multitude of free training courses via Asana University (online).
What do you dislike about the product?
You will get a lot of email notifications through Asana but that is part of the reason you have a suite like this is to remind you when something is coming due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping keep me on track with my engineering requests and projects. Asana is also going to be utilized to keep our inquiries organized and taken care of in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Teams the most because I can organize everything neatly for each project. It's very easy to use, and I can integrate it with Slack through Asana. When a project is updated, it sends a notification to a specific channel created just for that project, which helps ensure my team stays on task and works effectively. Teams also help my team stay engaged and monitor their progress, so they don’t fall off track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t thought much about what I dislike about Asana, but pricing is one area that feels a bit excessive for a small business like mine. That said, I still have many reasons for choosing Asana. I believe Asana should revisit its pricing structure to better support small businesses—ensuring it's both reasonable and aligned with smaller budgets, rather than feeling overpriced or out of reach.

Fluid & Useful Work Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Asanas app. The process to setup a project was pretty simple, templates are helpful. Task templates have made life even easier. I like the rules, and workflows I can setup that has made automation of some tasks really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had Asana totally crash on me when I try to integrate it with slack. Every time i try to use an external connector like Slack or Salesforce, the task i am setting up has crashed and I've had to start over. It usually takes 1 or 2 tries before setting it up, which can be frustrating. I would also like the option to choose the channel after the rule has been set. For instance, the rule will run pop up appears for me to select the slack channel and msg goes out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time with the way the projects can be setup. The templates make it easy for us to duplicate our projects and resources.
