The perfect tool for my organization
What do you like best about the product?
While I love the project management tools, most of them are not unique to Asana. What I have loved about Asana that has been a huge boon for our organization is the ease of onboarding, the API management for third party integrations, and the user and guest management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot. There are some tools we make in our API scripts to agregate the data as we enter it into the forms. It would be easier if we could creat those via the Asana UI for our less technical users, that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that Asana solves for our organization is the consolodation of multiple corporate mandated softwares into a single source of truth. It also alows us to easily work with vendors in different countries and manage our domestic team that is distributed around the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows multiple team members to have visibility on our various projects. We can work through projects seemlessly utilizing the various features available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have trouble finding tasks that I have assigned to others, when the task is not part of a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can follow project timelines effortlessly. Projects are completed in less time.
Worth it!!
What do you like best about the product?
I was very on the fence when our practice started using Asana. Very quickly we realized what an assist it would be to helping run our small business. Overall this program really helps us assign, create and keep track of our small daily tasks all the way up to opening multiple locations and onboarding of new employees. It has been worth every penny we have spent!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when creating rules for automatic sorting the rules can be confusing or not so what you expected them to do. However it is very easy to adjust rules once you figure out what the function is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a simple and easy way to help organize and track our workflow amongst different teams within our small private practice!

I've tried every PM tool out there. I love Asanas aesthetic, simplicity and flow.

Nothing, i love it so much. I've never had an issue.

Solves team management, task oversight, and project planning and development.
Organizational Whiz
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have different projects, headings, tasks, and subtasks because it helps me stay organized. I also like that I can assign due dates and the person responsible for completing the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set reminders about upcoming tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me prioritize and keep track of tasks. It also serves as a "parking lot" for all of my ideas.
Asana has cured my imposter syndrome!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's email feature helps me to stay on task with my projects, both personal and professional. By focusing on what I have to get done, I don't have time to worry about what I haven't completed yet.

There are a ton of features. It can be a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am meeting deadlines, more productive in my work and able to prove progress to my clients during our contracts.

My team uses it every day and we have it set up to our needs, which makes it super easy to use for every project.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd like to see is a summary of my completed tasks, with time stamps to easily track when tasks were completed by me.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is insanely good at keeping me on track with my own tasks (across multiple clients) and also sharing task status and updates with the various teams I work with. I even use it for my personal finance and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing except the one tiny change they made about 5 years ago when they changed the ability to set a recurring task for any periodic length of time. This functionality was awesome for tasks that you don't want to forget but arent always set on exact milestones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The thing I love most about Asana is how great it is for creating workflows for junior staff and then monitoring their progress. I often use the Description field to outline the exact steps of each task, create a recurring deadline and then assign it to someone. Once they start following the task notes and updating the task with comments, I get alerted to their progress and can chime in if necessary. Plus the entire history is always there (even after that particular iteration of the task is completed) in case I need to search for an issue later on.

Before Asana, keeping track of multiple projects and ensuring timely completion was challenging. Asana's robust task management system allows us to break down projects into manageable tasks, assign them to the appropriate team members, and set clear deadlines. This structure ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that all tasks are completed on time.
