Excellent tool for Type A workers!

What do you like best about the product?
This is the second company I've been in where I've used Asana, and I love it. As a Type A person, it's very helpful to have a place to capture all the minute details of a project, plus see what I have coming up to accomplish in my week. I use Asana every day and couldn't do my job without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have one complaint, it's that you can't leave feedback on videos the same way you can PDFs for review/approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps us all organized. It's easy to see where we are in a project and who needs to do what next. When you're working on a fully remote team scattered across multiple time zones, that is incredibly helpful to keeping everyone on target.

Asana - User Friendly, Customizable, Amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been such a great tool to track our projects and workflows and I love how customizable it is so that users throughout our organization can tailor it to suit their needs without forcing others to adapt to a fixed method.

I love everything about Asana and how easy the program is for less tech savvy people to use as well as the robust features available for those of us that are tech savvy.

We are constantly making changes to our templates and improving our use of the features available. It was so easy to implement and integrate with our current technology and easy to update as we develop internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We love everything about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

ASANA is the Key!

What do you like best about the product?
I found ASANA to be extremely helpful for in managing several projects and tasks.
It's a great time-saver and has significantly improved our team's productivity and helps us to beat our deadlines and prioritize them as well.
ASANA also has a functionality where it can be merged with an existing app. For example, Google can be assisted with ASANA and a task can be synced with an email. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It's been invaluable for A LOT OF MY PROJECTS and WORKFLOWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any so far because ASANA is really helpful on my daily tasks at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep track of my projects and existing workflows.

What do you like best about the product?

The rising costs per subscription, it started out at the perfect price and then has kept increasing ever since.

Ease of altering platform for our own various use.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful project management tool that offers so many features to help us stay organized. Its user-friendly and its functionality make it a strong choice for a variety of projects and products. Asana is definitely worth considering.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to understand everything Asana can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share projects and products with outside users (guests). This is crucial for the work we complete.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the Tag feature. Great for labeling social media posts as scheduled or drafted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could add Tags to all projects. I think this is not an option for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized with all the tasks I am given. Helps me create my to do lists. Helps me mangage my work load.

Project Management Savior

What do you like best about the product?
Asana does an exceptional job at helping me organize all of my projects and tasks on a daily basis. It is perfect for long-term planning, as well as solidifying quick, simple tasks. I use it every day. Collaboration is also a huge factor in Asana that positively impacts workflow for the whole team. I would highly recommend it for any agency of any size. You can't go wrong with a project management system in place like Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I experience is being able to assign multiple people to an individual ticket. When a team is working on something together, I often set-up a subtask and assign them individually, so it's on their calendar. Nevertheless, they're delivering one asset together. In that sense, it would be nice to have an individual task be assigned to at a minimum two people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving delegation challenges, workload and workflow challenges. Using Asana lets myself and my team see exactly what tasks need to be completed and the timeline in which we need to get things done. It also assists in organizing files, so everything is exactly where it needs to be. We are able to easily collaborate, and we can review all together without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers great flexibility so you can design the structure to fit your organization's needs. The features are customizable and built for multiple purposes. It's easy to use and intuitive so not much training is required for new users. The search feature is excellent and used routinely by our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become expensive for a small organization who needs advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track projects, associated tasks, owners and status. We are also able to search all project history to find relevant information as needed. It helps us stay organized and keep a full history of each project, including comments by team members.

Resourcing powerhouse

What do you like best about the product?
It helped our small agency become way more efficient with resourcing and tracking milestones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that I can't access without upgrading or maybe it's an educational aspect. I try to read all the update emails and attend webinars so I can stay on top of it all. Another issue (not with Asana exactly) is getting my colleagues to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to be much more efficient with our time using Asana to resource. The company is able to see visually when we have time opening up in order to bring on more clients. We can stay organized and use it as a way to track tasks so nothing gets lost. It also helps me plan and organize our conferences.
