Asana is a fast and easy way to obtain files.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can manage projects, collaborate, and communicate with our team and clients. Using the mobile app means I get notifications when input is needed and I can review and approve work while on-the-go, saving time and ensuring that our staff across the country can complete time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to access premium features can be difficult to allocate into a tight start-up budget with fluctuating cash flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily allows for communiocation and collaboration with team members in various timezones. Allows us to set and track deadlines for projects and tasks and track progress towards project and goal completion.

What do you like best about the product?
If you’re looking for a task management tool that’s super easy to use and keeps everyone on the same page, you’ve got to try Asana! It’s honestly been a lifesaver for my team. You can break down projects into smaller tasks, assign them to people, set deadlines, and track everything in one place. The best part? It’s flexible! You can view things in a list, calendar, or even a timeline, depending on how your brain works (I’m all about that list view!).
Communication is a breeze too—you can comment on tasks, tag teammates, and keep all your updates organized without needing to send a ton of emails. Plus, it integrates with all the major tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom, so everything just flows.
Asana has definitely boosted our productivity and made our projects way more manageable. Highly recommend it if you’re tired of juggling a million things and need a reliable tool to help you stay organized! Works wonders for my ADHD brain.

I can not find anything I dislike,. I would like to be able to filter things differently for dates but outside of that, it is good at doing everything else I need.

What do you like best about the product?
All of our design projects have a similar process, so it's great that we can create a template project to duplicate, this saves so much time for new projects! I love being able to set everything up and get the intial tasks assigned in a short amount of time so that we don't have to waste time organizing what needs to be done. And Asana makes it easy to add and move tasks around if we need to! And I love the home screen, it shows exactly what's been assigned vs. what still needs needs to be completed. And having the "My Tasks" section makes it easy to jot down any random extra tasks that don't really fit into and specific project- I use this screen every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better system for attaching documents to the tasks, and I would like a way to track how often deadlines have been changed for tasks so we could see where things are taking longer. But other than that it works perfectly for us!

Organizing the tasks we need to do for each project in one place where everyone invloved has access.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking progress across a variety of projects can be difficult, if not all in one place. Asana makes it possible to keep tabs on a variety of projects, in a variety of different views/templates best suited for the task at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about at the moment.

We use Asana to track projects internally, as well as with external partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps my team and teams I work with (around the world) on track with custom automation, multi-platform integrations, and convenient set-up options that allow everyone to view project and information in a way that best suits them. They also do a fabulous job listening to their ambassador community and bring new updates to the platform month over month.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to say here -- I wouldn't be able to get my work done if it weren't for this work-management platform. The only thing I might recommend is being able to download reporting straight out of the platform (and not as screenshots).
I'd also like multi-level access for internal teams vs. client teams (in an agency setting of course).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the work in one platform instead of in everyone's notebooks and systems they've used at previous companies. Asana is also taking time away from manual entry with custom rules and automation that make a PM's life much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Love duplicating projects asigning tasks to assisntants and watching work get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little practice to build your prefect project and be able to duplicate it based on your needs. But once you have done it. It will truley help you!

It helps me keep track of hundreds of projects that we are working on
I use Asana daily for my workflow--I don't know how I would get anything done without it!

I like the ability to create projects and having all of the work for each in one place.

I would like for it to easier to find new tools or processes already in Asana I can use to improve my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Asana is solving is being able to view our marketing calendar at a high-level view by cross-posting tasks to multiple projects. Thanks to this, I am able to determine work deadlines and identify what needs to be done to meet those deadlines.
