What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected and easy to track when set up correctly. Asana has live trainings and tons of resources to learn how to best use their application and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can sometimes feel overwhelming or complex, however they offer tons of free trainings and tools to help get around those moments where you're feeling stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps to bring my timelines, projects and their respective teams together in one please. It really helps for resourcing and allowing myself and other individuals track their workload.
Asana is my HOLY GRAIL solution for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Asana professionally on a daily basis for over 4 years now. I love everything about it; the mobile, web, and desktop apps are intuitive and easy for newcomers to learn and is easy for new teams and organizations to implement. The company itself is great and offers a fantastic customer experience. There is tons of documentation on how to use Asana, best practices, tips and tricks, and forums for users to compare their experiences. I highly recommend completing the Asana Ambassador program simply for the sneak-preview access you'll get to upcoming product launch details. The product is updated MONTHLY, which is awesome as a user because your workflows are constantly being improved & simplified, and the roadmap is informed and heavily influenced by user feedback in the Asana Forum. Asana is also rolling out new integrations to key work tools like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suites seemingly every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the toughest thing about Asana is mid-size organizations are left to implement it within their org mostly on their own. I would love to have access to more team-focused content and 1:1 time with our CSM to help the people on my team who aren't heavy users to get on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I truly don't know how I would do my job without Asana. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, I have to juggle concurrent software releases for different products in our SaaS suite of solutions. I know for a fact that things like copy approval on release emails, or webinar recording signoffs would get missed if my team wasn't using Asana.

Sometimes there are so many features it can seem overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay on schedule and track my to-do items
Asana is a new tool for our team that we see a lot of potential in using. Exciting!

I like how easy it is to setup a project and assign collaborators to the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were "progress bars" or toggle options to be able to send teammates kudos or notifications of how well they are doing. Maybe even a warning "hey this is almost due" etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is allowing for more visibility and transparency in the work that all of our teammates have on their plates. It also helps supervisors provide guidance on prioritization. We can share notes on each step as they are relevant.

More AI and advance analytics feature needed.

Asana helped me allocating resources according to thier workloads.

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps you to control your dailty tasks and to do list for your job. You can keep control of what needs to be done and where you are with your to do list. It also helps you to deletegate your tasks to others that can take over specific tasks for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like about Asana so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to not lose track of what is going in my office and what needs to be done. I no longer miss deadlines and there are less mistakes than in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly interface ease my process not only by the know-how but as well on the spot I can create/monitor my tasks while I learn more the other interface I can utilize Asana in my day to day routines.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far just not knowing indepth the control in notification settings when linking Asana to other platforms such as Outlook Calendar as recently I have joined a new team in a new oraganization and upon intergration I have encountered excessive amount of email notifications sent out to all team members of the existing project team, which until now I haven't resolve or know how to have it fixed or at least from my side as the user who joined the team's projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves my dilemma in remember what to do on each days and which ones to prioritize to give out my most productivity to accomplish my tasks and deadlines.

With the help of Asana, getting mundane work done is a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
What's not to like about Asana. It's really easy-to-use and you can get a hang of it pretty quickly. It's easy to implement or integrate too. I would say, a must for every employee but really great for Operations team imo. Also, you have "Customer Support" available to help you out.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the certification part for "Workflow Specialist certification" I am not so sure how to get that info. Not very clear on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically helping me arranging the tasks efficiently and that's what I needed.
