An easy to use work organiser
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very quick and easy to start to use and is familiar in design to other similar platforms. As a result I can get started very quickly and easily. It will help me organise my work and collaborate in a team effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
By default there are a LOT of email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best project management tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
I use asana daily for work and I love it. It is very easy for teams to collaborate and give each other updates on project states via Asana. It is very easy to use. My favourite feature is multi-homing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favourite feature about Asana is that once tasks are created it might be a little bit difficult to make the task private from other team members.

The software is excellent for comprehensive tracking of tasks and projects collaboratively.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative way of working, being able to tag tasks and classify by projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone can view the project's progress on a comprehensive dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides sophisticated functionality without being overly complex. They provide excellent training and support materials for me to constantly expand my knowledge and the value I get from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's flexibility can also be a hinderance, as our own organizational changes leaves orphaned teams, projects, and tasks when the former owners depart. It can be difficult to navigate and keep organized when you are part of multiple teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing complex projects with multiple tasks and sub-tasks, managing multi-stakeholder collaboration, and reporting progress and status of projects. I participate with and manage multiple projects and teams, so it helps me manage many competing priorities.

What do you like best about the product?
How versatile it is. It can be used across all platforms and you can sync other apps such as outlook, excel, or gmail to it to make it easier to communicate and gather information for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. They are constantly improving and lsitening to customer feedback!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task due dates and overall organization with assigned tasks has improved so much since before we had asana.
Easy to understand and increases productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed how Asana is easier to learn than other project management systems, and the ease in which I am able to understand and prioritize what needs to get done at the start of each day. I use it every day as my source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of workflows is hard when you're building it from the ground up and it is hard to implement those strategies, but fortunately there is support from Asana's provided workshops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to holistically see as a team what needs to get done by what date, so that we are all able to provide better updates to each other in our team meetings. It's more efficient.

As a new user, I have not found anything I dislike yet.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is its intuitive interface, customizable workflows, and visual project tracking with boards and timelines, making team collaboration seamless and efficient. Ease of implementation and integration too good.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that the mobile app can be less intuitive than the desktop version, and there are limited automation options for repetitive tasks.

World's best work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana combines a unique combination of work management, clarity of single source of truth, process unification and trnsparency in one tool. Multiplatform use (Apple platforms, Android and Windows) and many native integrations like Hubspot, Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 make it right choice for almost any organization. We use it every day and onboarding was really intuitive and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
More languages of system interface would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and automating processes. It brings clarity, timeline and responsibility into work.
