I appreciate Asana's ability to keep me organized and in control of all my work across various projects. The platform excels in helping me manage my goals efficiently. I particularly like Asana's clean and customizable interface, which allows me to configure each project and task to display only the information I specifically need. This customization feature prevents me from having to search for my work, significantly enhancing my productivity. The timeline and deadline filtering is another aspect I find incredibly helpful as it simplifies my daily workflow, making it easier and clearer to manage tasks. Furthermore, the integration capabilities with tools like HubSpot and Microsoft Teams enrich my experience by fostering seamless connectivity within my existing digital ecosystem. I also found the initial setup of Asana to be very straightforward, especially since I was already familiar with the software, enhanced further by an onboarding meeting. I think Asana could be improved by having the capability to add images as descriptors to tasks and projects.

I really appreciate being able to track a project's status over time, as well as having access to all the comments. This historical tracking feature is something I find very valuable.

It would be an improvement to have a dedicated tab for storing documents and files related to each project and task.

Asana is easy to set up, easy to onboard team members to, and perfect for being able to find what you need to get work done.

For teams that have a lot of information in other systems or formats - other project or task management software or spreadsheets - migrating can take some time. But I think that's true anytime you implement a new tool or process.

I've used Asana at multiple organizations and across so many different types of projects. Asana brings a source of truth for task and project management.

I find that Asana does not always show an appropriate timeline, which can be frustrating when trying to manage project timelines effectively. Additionally, I wish Asana offered more flexible charts such as burndown charts, velocity reports, earned value management metrics, team capacity heat maps, and phase-based progress tracking to better support advanced project management needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the multiple views of projects and tasks, which allows people to use whatever method works best for them. The integrations are great, the ease of use is a no-brainer, and the simplicity of the platform is hard to beat.

There are none that I can think of - I've used Asana for 8 years now and keep coming back!

Asana helps me keep track of what steps need to be taken for each project, as well as due dates, roadblocks, and recurrent tasks. This helps me and my team focus on the work that needs to get done, not the actual management of the work.

I don't know what all is on there. It would be nice to organize tasks by highest priority on my day-to-day list.
