What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day issues, and solving problems before they become more critical. LogicMontior has become one of my favorite tools I use for my day to day operations, more so it has become a critical asses. I love that the LM team is constantly improving the platform and adding more features. You can tell they truly care about delivering a first class product.
One of the top 5 network monitoring tools on the market

I would say the best part of LogicMonitor is the ease of device configuration. It takes a lot of the work off of the admin compared to some other tools out there that require more manual configuration
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a more straight-forward way to set up device dependencies rather than using the mapping feature. For instance, based on device Groups
