Browserstack is one stop solution for all testing needs
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack supports almost all the real devices and browsers which is too expensive for any organization to maintain on its own. Along with this the team which works at Browserstack is awesome, which regular keeps in touch with community and user feedback to provide seemless testing solution. Along with vast variety of devices and integration, Browserstack also owns Percy, which is a great tool for Visual testing, which helps a lot for identifying any Visual changes in Continuous Integration and Testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack has not given any such features to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is solving real time challenges of cross device and cross browser testing along with Visual testing tool integration. Browserstack cloud is also responsive and powerful meaning you will get faster feedback with very less time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using web automate and app-automate feature of BrowserStack for almost 2 years now and the overall experience so far has been great and satisfying.
I particularly like the device coverage and UI experience that they provide over other cloud platforms.
Test debugging section provides device, network as well as visual/video logs which are really helpful.
Their support is very prompt and you will receive quick solutions to any issue you might encounter.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the device coverage is better than other platforms it can be further improved by including Devices that have latest beta versions of Android and iOS as and when they are rolled out(the way they have it for browsers).
I have seen a delay in device logs while using app live feature this can be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving Continuous Integration of cross browser/platform/devices tests is very challenging and BrowserStack provides a great solution in this space.
They have recently launched biometric support feature in mobile testing which is working seamlessly for us.
Helps us to cover variety of devices and platforms and hence gives team confidence in our coverage

What do you like best about the product?
High avaliable platform which delivers a great testing experience!

There is nothing so far that I specifically dislike about BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to buy and maintain all the different Mobile Devices for Testing myself and can concentrate on the stuff which is most important to me.

What do you like best about the product?
device availability and on-demand services are what made me choose browser stack as my preferred choice as a cloud testing partner.

We can increase the no of Huawei device.

A broad range of device availability and that too on different ranges of operating systems reduce my in-house management of devices and environments.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of accesing variety of mobile and desktops with latest modals and Operating system.
The user experience is really good. I don't see any lags or performance issues while using browser stack platform.

Definitely the mobile test needs. As we can't set up all the devices for testing with teams located geographically across.
Plus to have test automation running in remote devices that we get from browser stack is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using BS for the last 2 years and I one of the best thing which I feel is that it gives the easiest may to get onboard and start running the tests.
The huge list of devices that are available on BS gives us the feasibility on which so ever device we want to test our app on which is super good thing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The test running is a bit slow while running on automation as compared to some new similar tools I think that's probably what the BS team has to come up with a quick execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a couple of problems that we are solving using BS one is cross-browser testing which is a must for our project and it helps a lot to see if there are any browser-related issues and the second one is mobile app automation using appium that is something which we have started 5-6 months back and it's going pretty good.

I used every product of Browserstack in my previous and current workplace. It offers high-quality, reliable products.
I like that Browserstack provides access to a wide range of devices for testing, which matches every use-case of ours.

Although Browserstack team helped with setting up Percy but it is hard to do so. The setup process is not QA-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of devices available in Browserstack makes the life of testers & managers very easy. For testers, you get the desired device at your fingertips & the best part is all the latest devices are made available very early so we can test our product with the latest devices.
Also, it saves a lot of money for the company.

The only downside is sometimes the device takes longer to load may be due to the network; this can be improved by making the files a bit lighter in size. Rest keep up the excellent work. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem BrowserStack is solving is that users don't have to buy an actual device to test their product. Instead, BrowserStack provides many devices such as Ipads, Iphones, android, and windows in a single suite, saving the company a lot of money.
I need to test my website on multiple mobile devices & it is not a good idea to buy lots of mobile phones for testing, Browserstack really solves that problem by providing me & my teammates with multiple devices at the same time, this speeds up our work & we get pretty confident in our product before releasing it to end user.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast load on my Macbook Pro, remembering the website which I visited. Testing is like on real device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users gave feedback that BrowserStack is slow on their laptops
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing our website on different mobile devices and browsers. Also we are using Percy for our automated tests to make sure that no visual regressions are introduced with new features.
