Easy way to resolve my daily tasks. Good instant reporting that I can show on daily stand ups.

Must-have for local development for responsive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to switch between devices and different browsers. The range you can choose from is enormous. The fact that you can test your site like it is an actual mobile device makes it invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clicking around can be a bit unresponsive from time to time. Also, subscriptions are super expensive; I wish you could get a limited cheaper one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes local development for mobile much easier. It's just like testing your website in the local browser and enables easier debugging.
Browserstack's IOS/Android real device emulator experience
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time emulation experience really gives most of it what other simulators don't provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me as a developer, sometimes it feels a little tricky to connect the local environment with mod headers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving various features like real-time automation which emulate parallelly on multiple devices at the same time.

Frequently updated test platforms gives us plenty to test from which is completely covered by customer needs and market demand.

When we renew, the BrowserStack team gives very high invoice which is beyond our demand and budget. We have to do our own research for similar products

Perfect cloud solution for Cross browser & Mobile apps testing
What do you like best about the product?
N number of devices available with different Android & iOS versions in the browser stack cloud. Manual & Automation testing is hassle-free if you use the browser tack solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most the fact that Browserstack has a lot of devices and browsers / versions where one can choose from.
I also like the fact that you can record videos / screenshots while using the app.

A thing that I dislike is that it can be glitchy and a bit slow while running automation tests via Browserstack. But hopefully it will be fixed in future iterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Browserstack with the fact that as a remote QA Engineer I no longer need to rely on multiple mobile devices, having almost all of them at a click away, all thanks to Browserstack.

The best thing about BS is its ease of use. It provides a seamless experience and is super efficient.

Nothing in specific. Can be better in terms of the coverage and flexibility of pay-as-you-use.

Mobile and Web Application testing without making huge investment on devices.
Impressive availability of platforms and devices to test
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of any given product - both Live and App Live programs, very accessible menu to choose the devices from and extreme ease of installing our own app on a real device to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to install an app from an official store - Google or Apple, I would like to see some more convenient way of installing a free application from any given store
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most common case is when a complaint comes from the support department from a user who uses a specific device, which we don't possess physically. In 99.99999% of the cases we can easily find such device in the wide selection available on Browserstack and investigate the issue.
Easy way to test multiple browsers
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. With the browser plugin, it's just a simple click to pick your browser and then your current tab opens in that browser, ready for testing. The emulators load very quickly and are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little high, but it's ultimately worth it for a quality product.

As a digital marketing agency, we need to create websites that are accessible by users on multiple platforms. Browserstack helps us make sure that all users have a quality experience by allowing us to test our target browsers for compatibility with our websites.
