What do you like best about the product?
In the project I'm currently working on, we must test our application on several different devices, including desktop, mobile and tablet, so that we can ensure a vast majority of our clients will be able to use the application without issues, regardless of device. This would be next to impossible if it were not for Browserstack. With Browserstack, we always have numerous devices always available, and we don't have to spend on purchasing devices that will be obsolete in a few years.
Besides, not only does Browserstack offer an extensive range of physical devices to test with, it's also possible to choose different versions of the same operating system, making it easy to check whether our project does indeed work on slightly older versions of the OS (as some users don't always upgrade to the newest version, or at least don't upgrade right away).

What do you dislike about the product?
Testing mobile devices in situations where we need a specific file or image can be tricky. Sometimes even downloading an image from Google can be difficult, as we don't have the same gestures that we use on a physical device available when testing on Browserstack on a desktop. This has been somewhat remedied by the Image Injection functionality, but it's still not as smooth as testing on desktop, and could be further expanded to include iPhones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing with Browserstack Live diminishes our testing time (since it's effortless and quick to open and launch a device to test), and with that, we're able to spend more time actually finding bugs and testing than having to spend time configuring more complicated software. It's also important that Browserstack offers physical devices for us to test, rather than emulators, as it is the case with many competitors.

its easy-to-use functionality features, it comes with endless possibilities for app improvement. An interesting and unique approach to this amazing niche of a service.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like the UI, because it looks a bit clunky. The ui could have a more simple apperance and work just as well if not better to create a easier use for the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me as a programer test for bugs in my apps and lets be test out new features on real devices which. i highly enjoy as a customer and a programmer that works in tech.
Best cloud based tool for Engineering Team

Browser stack is the best virtual testing tool for web and mobile space.
Their technical and sales team are on their toes to help customers with adoption.
I have worked on competitor analysis for many such tools but found browser stack apt due to speed and accuracy. It feels like testing on a real device than on a device hosted on the cloud.

Costing is on the higher side when compared to other tools.

We have worked with them closely to enable a front camera to test one of our use cases.
So for that, the team had to use two phones on the cloud, and we were successful in testing the selfie scenario for a fintech app

Easy to use, simple, and interactive, one of the best tools i have used for testing my apps (android / ios)

It's amazing when you need to bug fix the app on specific device or need to powerful tools remotely

Online network logs without preliminary setup. A massive set of devices for debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
AppStore installation process is time-consuming and very tricky. It is better to assign test apple ID (for test flight) for each device or share udid (to create provisioning profile) of the device before the setup starts.

Most of the features are perfectly catered to us and few of the features which I didn't find in browser stack

Best Device Farm for QA
What do you like best about the product?
The base product itself is so good
In top of it they give on adding new new feature such as app live, Percy etc.

Everything seems good to in browserstack. Taking selfie and QR code scanner is not present if that is being added will help a lot when any QA is doing testing for KYC FLOW

One of the major problem that browserstack solves is multiple device coverage when any organization need multiple device coverage for QA first option they select is browserstack
For the short time that I was using Browserstack, I can only describe it with the best platform.

I very like the app live application testing, It was very helpful throughout my Mobile app development journey. Even tho I faced some slow-down during testing in some of the devices but it was the best Experience.

Browserstack is solving a big problem which is being able to test applications on many devices, and integrations. And that really benefits me because I no longer will be struggling to test my mobile applications through my phone.
