Great tool for Manual and Automation Testing including Mobile Apps
What do you like best about the product?
It's an efficient way to test a website across multiple devices and operating systems, testing out all important adaptive or responsive designs. It's fast to grab screens across various devices or test live on many website devices running different operating systems and browsers. It's quicker and cheaper than testing across tens of other devices. Compared to real devices, it accurately represents how the device/browser sees the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we use a physical device for some manual tests, I think it's bad that when there's no activity, the session is terminated too quickly, we lose all the flow we're doing and starting a new one takes a bit of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for external mobile devices. And video reporting is very good.
Very useful and handy for daily job of every QA Engineer

The features of Browserstack are really gret, it has a vast list of devices and they keep adding new devices on Day 0 of its launch.

I couldn't find much downsides of Browserstack.

I have to test our mobile application of different devices, so that I'm able to recognise bugs.

I am working in OTT platform. It provides devices which helps us to test our devices. we are able to het recorded version also which helps us to identify bug easily

Different devices with different platform versions. Availability of recently released devices. Good customer support, with prompt reply.

Slowness in screen share of the devices. Lag in some devices.

Cross-browser testing with different versions. I do not need to buy different devices which are expensive. all in one platform

Browserstack has lot more features to work with but I personally used some of them in my previous project.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have faced any kind of problem in the browserstack but little bit worried about some lagging issues that comes very often and the documentation for the automation testing. The price is OK but not that much effective but resonable also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the apps having production issues we can have a large cost if we will found the bug at the end moment of deployment, if deployed then it will hamper the customer satisfaction. But the browserstack helps in the same issues to find the bugs at earlier stage aur by automation of the testing. Generates a well report for analysis of the failure as well as for the catching of the bugs.

the session time is too short, and rapidly disconnects if it is not being used

What do you like best about the product?
I am a daily user of BrowserStack and believe me, this is the best tool available in market today for web and mobile testing on different browser/devices/OS versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit slow and gets hang sometimes. Like you can't use it for fast response and testing. There are 100% chances it will hang or slow down in between causing you trouble in your work.

BrowserStack is one stop solution for variety of devices availability on single ground. Also it has all old and latest devices availability which makes device testing very easy. So instead of purchasing various devices for testing you can rely on results of testing on various devices available in BrowserStack.
