Great platform to test applications and find bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using this platform to test my application before release. BrowserStack provides different options for testing on different devices and also session recordings. It's significantly reduced the number of defects and complaints from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack's pricing model can be quite steep, especially for small-scale developers or individuals with limited budgets. The subscription plans are tiered, and the more comprehensive features are only available in the higher-priced tiers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has significantly benefited me in terms of time savings, bug identification, and overall development efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
The vast number of different IOS models is extremely helpful to me as a web designer. I only own an Android so I cannot see what my client's who own iPhones see on their end. This testing insure I am delivering a quality design so that it shows up beautifully across all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a micro business / freelancer, the pricing is a bit on the higher side than expected. If they could perhaps make it a bit more affordable that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some elements in my web designs were showing much differently on my client's iPhone vs. my Android. This was a big problem because some of the design elements didn't look correctly on his version while it was looking perfect on my phone. He sent me a screenshot a few times, but I can't be asking my clients to continually send me screenshots. BrowserStack allows me to fix element issues before showcasing my new designs to my clients.

BrowserStack Core business - App and Web testing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, API Testing is not possible.
Also, Licensing model is not encouraging for us to move to next steps.
And also, for some features like Percy, App Percy - you can combine as one license or give it for free based on the some partnership / bundle with some base license cost.

Managing different environments, supporting multiple ioS and Andriod devices same time, Faster and concurrent execution with evidences recorded.

* Price is a little higher, and clients hesitate to go even though we recommend
* Need a separate environment to keep test scripts and schedule

What do you like best about the product?
New browser stak SDK I am pretty excited about that part from Accessibility, visual and performance testing; I have already used live and automated features, which are already great. I love to explore a few more things I learned from the live session.

Nothing so far, but love to hear about app performance soon

The availability of mobile devices with different OS versions and different models actually reduces the device procurement cost
Ability to perform live inspection of the mobile apps in the actual devices helps in writing automation test code without actually using the mobile

It's a very easy platform for use for both technical and nontechnical users

It's quite pricy and not every company will be ready to pay for it..

It helps to test the application in a wide range of devices amd it also helps testers to automated the cases

What do you like best about the product?
This helps me so much with my testing, especially with mobile devices behind the firewall. It is nice to be able to see problems before we launch a feature instead of hearing from the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that sometimes the desktop app doesn't work as well as I'd like, but that could be due to our security. I tend to use the browser most of the time so this isn't a big issue for me

Browser stack is helping us out with mobile views of our site before we launch new features. I'm excited to be able to get into the accessibility testing when it becomes available

This is the best simulator I have come across in my work. I am using browserstack for more than 2 years now and I am completely satisfied.i am able to simulate for any device available in market now.i would suggest this to all.
