Effortless and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it effortless to test new developments on a wide range of devices and environments. Its the most comfortable and powerful testing tool out there with its support for various browsers and operating systems, . The local executable feature is a game-changer, allowing easy testing behind corporate firewalls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack has so many integrations which can be confusing at the start for new testers like me. Switching between OS is very slow if you are using web browsers like firefox. Also, it doesnt support iFrame interaction with iOS devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack saves much amount of valuable time by eliminating the need for device testing, allowing us to focus on content and layout. It also enables easy resolution of daily tasks with instant reporting and facilitates testing across various devices. This benefits us by streamlining our testing process and ensuring our web pages are compatible with different browsers.
Allows me to seamlessly switch between devices
What do you like best about the product?
There are many operating systems and mobile devices that BrowserStack offers for testing. Its incredible to have the ability to seamlessly switch between browsers on various platforms. The features like network throttling, taking screenshots, zooming in and out, and changing browser resolutions are a game-changer for validating software products and identifying defects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The big downside of using Browserstack is the limited device support for drag and drop feature. Network issues can hinder device launch. Animation threads are limited on new devices and some devices dont load properly even on fast 100 mbps connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brwoserstack solves many problems of our business by providing access to a vast device cloud, and allowing comprehensive testing across multiple configurations. It also saves costs by eliminating the need to physically own every device. This benefits our business by increasing testing efficiency and ensuring compatibility across all devices.
Save your time and improve accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it easy to deploy apps on real phones, improving my workflow and making testing in multiple browsers and devices possible. The user interface and services are easy to understand, and the support and documentation are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is difficult to reach at times, and the pricing could be improved. The ui of browserstack shows slow responses from their servers, affecting the accuracy of website testing. Limited test framework support is also an area for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows us to test our apps and websites on different devices, automate the testing process, and get detailed reports. It saves us time, improves accuracy, and helps us identify and fix device-specific issues within couple of hours which is excellent for our businesses.

The efficiency, reliability, and innovation of the BrowserStack platform has time and time again proven itselve to be a mandatory tool on testing teams both large and small.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having many options and packages are great, but it would be fantastic to see some of the enterprise features made available on some of the smaller subscription tiers.

Quality Assurance efforts against web applications is so easy when running/maintainng environments is handled by the perfect technology team. The amount of headaches teams have avoided are immeasurable.
