What do you dislike about the product?
As of now didn't face any difficulty in using browser stack. We have a lower bandwidth it takes some time to connecting to the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the compatibility testing by using different browsers and different android, iOS version mobiles. We use it for testing the app in different screen sizes how the app behaves.

It helps me run my automation sanity and regression test case very easily and also i can see the video for this test cases

I dislike the frustrating session expiration problem due to inactivity, slow issue resolution, and lack of detailed documentation and customization options. Glitches and bugs impact productivity and waste time.

I like that I can execute test cases in multiple environments simultaneously. Its great for testing on mobile devices and the large variety of devices available is convenient. The ability to easily integrate and organize working files, as well as test my website on multiple browsers and OS versions, is fantastic.

There is a limit on the number of threads we can launch at one time. The subscription price is very high considering the number of users browserstack has from all over the world. The setup process is difficult for the first time when using Browserstack

With browserstack it is very easy to upload, download, and conduct tests without any issues. With multiple devices available for testing, we can ensure cross-platform compatibility effortlessly. The ability to customize virtual devices just like real ones is amazing.

It can be difficult for new users to understand localhost testing. The inability to customize session time in settings can be inconvenient and reduced resolution for websites is extremely unpleasant when there is fluctuation in network.

It allows quick switches between devices and operating systems with just a few clicks. It is super easy to use and has the best-in-class user interface. BrowserStack also provides detailed logs and outstanding customer support. Its a reliable platform that offers a great testing experience.

It lags on webpages when there are multiple scripts and requests running. Its difficult to differentiate between a "Real" issue and a "BrowserStack" issue. It is very expensive considering the limited usage. The requirement for separate licenses for web browsers and mobile devices is inconvenient, as products should work on all devices and browsers by default.

Browserstack is helping our organization by removing the requirement to buy multiple devices to test our products on different devices. It also offers real device testing and generous free trials, providing better value than competitors. Using it is easier than maintaining your own device farm.

I dislike the relatively high cost of the product and the lack of a free forever package with limited device/browser access. Certain features and real-time debugging are also unavailable on few devices which limits limiting testing capabilities. The connection speed is also a major issue.
