What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack every single day because it is super easy to use across various platforms, as it works on all major browsers. The most helpful thing about BrowserStack is that I am able to test various devices and various OSs without having to own all of the said devices. I also like that BrowserStack keeps OSs up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a really long time for a device to load. Also, it can feel a bit hard to navigate on mobile because when scrolling down or up, sometimes it goes really fast or really slow. It would be great if the BrowserStack development team could improve upon these issues I mentioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is solving visual and functional problems that may be occurring across various devices and OSs. This benefits our company by allowing us to find UI or functional issues that be otherwise very difficult to find without owning a ton of devices.

this has speed up our testing without the need to acquire more devices. cost effective strategy.

A great tool, with limitations

Ease of use, and the number of devices they offer
What do you dislike about the product?
Somestimes, I'd say often, the UI gets really slow, and buggy.

Testing our products across multiple devices that I don't have access to physically.
It is fine
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to easily test with different devices that are not immediatly available, charged, and in fron of me
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be just as cumbersome to use as switching physical devices. It can be slower
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving access to different devices
Simple to use. Sometimes overly simplistic in its feature set.
What do you like best about the product?
It's not overly complicated when using it for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we imported existing scripts into BrowserStack, all images were lost, which was a huge inconvenience.
It would be better for QA-dev communication if screenshots could be added to each step in test run results.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Somewhere to store and run the team's manual test scripts
away from legacy test management tools
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack’s Test Cases Management tool has been designed and built to ease complex testing processes and enhance team productivity through both automated and manual testing. With an AI-assisted test case generation, it enables the creation of adequate tests based on current cases and Jira stories. The system works in sync with Jira allowing teams to create or update test cases and run them out of either tool thus enhancing collaboration. With Interactive reporting and analytics, teams are able to gain analytics in real-time and test case import options allow teams to shift and consolidate their work in a quick manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
it could be more intuitive. there are some terms in test management tool which can be standardised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
maintaining a list of executions, test cases, their details etc.
Kitchen sink of App Testing at a cost to stability

* Config to setup Automate/App Automation is easy to integrate into our code base

What do you dislike about the product?
* Documentation is very fragmented, there's some contradictions and also difficult to find the right information
* Things don't always work on Browserstack when dealing with work VPNs and restrictions, it can work locally using a Sim build perfectly fine, but via Browserstack it can fail on the first hurdle
* Lots of timeouts, loading speeds can be slow etc, we'd prefer stability over loads of features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of easily automating app testing via a pipeline and having videos and logging to view the test runs. It also have reporting and everything you need to determine stability of a test run.
Good for cross-browser testing, but a bit limited
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of set up, it's really straight forward - BrowserStack has a lot of different devices to choose from (I believe even more than its main competitors) and the debugging options are mint
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the fact that it can be extremely laggy at times, especially on iPhones. Sometimes live testing just refuses to start, or randomly crashes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was looking for a tool to test websites on multiple resolutions and browser versions without the hassle of setting up physical devices, and BrowserStack offered a comprehensive solution to test our site on different setups
Browserstack is good but slow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to test different devices and build more responsive websites
What do you dislike about the product?
The devices inside are slow, so it can get tedious to test things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using different devices to test our website/apps, it can get expensive to buy lots of different devices to test on.
