Great Platform to Test Apps Across Multiple Platforms and Devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack platform helps to test and run apps or websites across multiple platforms. Moreover, I'm not limited to only one country as almost all countries are covered in it. It's easy to use and nothing is difficult to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel the speed of the device is slow, maybe it's the fault from my end but it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I test my blog on different browsers and devices to observe its behavior and appearance.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start testing application, Took less time to learn using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing for applications using puppeteer can be improved by having the option of running in containerized environment or ec2 instance due to differences in response from the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to test puppeteer implementation working in actual browser will work for different browser also.
AWESOME PLATFORM TO LEARN AND EXPLORE
What do you like best about the product?
The browserstack platform is way better than the competitors in the area, in case of features you say , ease of implementation you say or in case of documents also. I personally learned a lot form this platform. The customer support gives extensive support and demo also before buying the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
we struggled a lot to integrate nightwatch.js for testing but that's ok, it was just a POC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is so easy to use and easy to integrate all the necessary tools like Qtest, jira, jenkins and all kind of automation frameworks are also supported.

What do you like best about the product?
In old days we used to have pysical phone to test the mobile apps , which was not the proper testing, then we got to know about Browserstack and took the subscription. Believe me we never regret for it. The ease of implementing it to the project, the excellent customer support, the full pack of various features which are keep adding, awesome. We previously struggled to integrate jira and qtest but now it became easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just love it, it enhanced my QA profile and my capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using browserstack from a while and we have noticed that we have an enhanced team energy to test and decreasing testing effort. Real time reports can be generated by integrating JIRA and Qtest.
Perfect for cross-device testing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you are able to view your website on an actual device while still being able to utilize the browser developer tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is slow to load, but that is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a web developer, BrowserStack makes it so I know exactly what my coded websites look like on all devices.
Great choice for cloud hosted devices
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack helped us a lot with lot for features packed with it. It gived extensive customer support as well technical support for the smooth conducting of tests. Implementing Jenkins was not so easy task for the team , but browserstack helped us a lot on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally like browserstack rather than other platforms. Day to day testing became easier after using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lead for mobile application testing and especially when we are woking on waterfall model, test management and test report generation and tracking of test progress became easier than never after using this tool.
Efficient tool
What do you like best about the product?
You have not to buy actual devices for your company to do the testing, and it will connect to DevOps to report a bug directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No being able to use the camera, for some functions we need to use the camera and it is not possible. when using two devices together the screen shot is not working

instant buying of the devices and using different kind of devices with diffrent OS.
Indispensable utility
What do you like best about the product?
Useful for checking sites on multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers without having to own them. The customer support also responds quickly. Personally, I use it frequently. There are many features, easy to use, both for browser tests and for apps. Additionally, there are many further features. I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the devices don't work (the pages are gray). To visit some public sites, you need to install their software on your computer (but it's simple). Perhaps the prices could be lowered, especially for monthly tests and not just for annual contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check the sites on multiple browsers, both the layout and the compatibility.
Honestly saying , Go for it
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack packed with lot more features along with documentation are well organized for working refrence. The implementation of browserstack to prod is too easy for validation and it's quite awesome to have real time customer support on chat and on call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the way previously organized but happy to see that they are taking feedback for improvement for each of the users.

We got much more benefit from this cloud platform
