Percy has lot of issue need to fixed, they need to implement AI based screenshot capture

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can test locally web applications, and do accessibility testing on android, and also use developer tools to debug and develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a pain sometimes to use the product because of how laggy it is and clunky it is. It is quite slow and takes a lot of loading time. Also, accessibility is not available in iPhone and is only available in andorid or desktop. The local testing is good when it is set right, but once it becomes undone somehow, it is difficult to run it again..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to test accessibility on mobile phones and also help to test web applications on different devices, without paying for actual devices and keeping them.

It fulfilled its primary function for my use case without any hiccups, easy to use with easy learning curve

the limitations of the free trial are quite annoying for any deep testing or use of full functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack removes the struggle behind having Appium,AndroidStudio,Xcode setups as it has inbuilt real devices that help us achieve testing results faster. The in-built Appium Inspector ability and interactive session is of great help
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be updated to much more descriptive way. If the Capability generator shows more Capabilities code it would be of great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack has removed my dependency on managing Appium Server , Simulators and Emulators as it provides variety of them for my Automation testing

What do you like best about the product?
The network speed for every device is good.Able to implement easily.
App live, web live, and work smoothly. Apple products are good in response.
Good response at a time when the device works smoothly.
Easy to integration with local machin.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the IPA file upload user is not able to use settings in the app side.
Some apps required to change app settings from phone settings.
Setting option not able to be used.
In automation every time required to upload a new file so there is no way to find out one file or link from the code They download the file and install it in the app the app code is not required to change the BS file.
Also, some apps are more than 100MB, so the Browser stack hangs for some time and responds. They are required to reload the webpage or change the device.
Most importantly every time iPad was not able to access due to unavailability.
Screen rotation does not work very time correctly, they some time different work e.g. landscape mode all app shows vertically.Customer support not good.
Every time need to select a new device , as per user point if I use previous one device so please shows first used device and shows all device e.g. used device list and all device list.
And user was working on previous device so they start from there not from new user device .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
if any device unable they prior send a email to user this this device not working from start time to end time or device will available after some time so user will return after that time.
Need a used device or previu=ious device list and whatever user log in a that device they continue from there so need a work on that functionality. BCZ of each and every time App or play store required to login and then install app and then test this is not a good practice it's wast of more time.Ipad need to available for all day.
If one of device unavailble then please share a error message to customer like not avaible please try again in some time or give a time to customer so customer will back after that time but you not send that error.

Good software, can enhance a test suite

What do you like best about the product?
Azure Devops integration, makes it easier to organise test run recordings. Before I've recorded test execution with other tools and released them as an artifact, but the BS integration is cleaner
What do you dislike about the product?
It is another tool in my test suite, and I don't really like to use it outside of pipelines. You can't really debug easily with it. I also am finding it hard to get used to the new UI changes. Its a huge change and seems a but unintuitive - its become harder to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to provide developers with test recordings for if a bug is captured

What do you like best about the product?
- Access to multiple real & emulated devices & browsers.
- We use it daily and it is pretty easy to integrate into existing automation suties.
- Customer support is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for automate & the execution speed of automated testing. Additionally manual testing on real devices is very sluggish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is solving our problem of not having our own device farm for specifically testing mobile.
