Accessible multiplatform testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to test in all the currently relevant platforms for all my projects. It eases the testing process by removing the device restriction and allowing me to test on a mac or an iPhone from my Windows computer. On top of that having easy access to android devices lets me have it all in a single service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the limitant of not being able to test audio file upload. Which there have been scenarios where I need it not only for test cases, but also for replicating client reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem this tool solves is that to test your web app in multiple devices for consistency and quality you need those devices you want to test on. You need to invest on getting the devices and manage budget for the most relevant ones. That or taking the risk of the application not working properly in certain devices.
Browserstack removes this need by allowing access to all devices currently relevant for testing in all the platforms you care for.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is all of its tools especially the Low code automation.I frequency use this alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about BrowserStack is how the navigation is set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that BrowserStack is solving is what device I may deploy my app to will work or not.This is benefital to me becuase I can know ahead of time.
Easy cross-device testing
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has enabled our organization to efficiently test changes to our websites across a range of browsers and devices. Prior to beginning our relationship with BrowserStack we would use a number of physical devices which often caused our IT team headache to maintain, and create extra expense when needing to replace. The ability to test across a range of devices and browsers has increased our testing turnaround time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike. BrowserStack gets it's core job done right.

BrowserStack has elimated the need to support a number of different physical devices used for testing.
Very easy integrating with our existing automation suite
What do you like best about the product?
We have a framework which we used internally but or testing was very limited due to availability of latest OS and device versions. Browserstack we noticed most of the latest device and OS versions are available to use and most important thing was integration with the farm was seamless. Just had to tweak and add a few properties and our tests were functional on their device farm. Support from assigned members from team also was great , we had some roadblocks with the force local feature which they were able to sort out very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to be called out now. Support and features are good and suffice what we needed.
Only one concern is sometimes there is a lag in connectivity or connection is lost. This adds up to test time and false failures.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple browsers in the browser matrix, all the tests are automated . So we just run Chrome in local and rest of all the mobile, web browsers ( Firefox, Safari) in different platforms ( IOS & Android ). This is saving unimaginable time and resources,

The best thing is that in browserstack applive all the latest phones are available there and it is very intuitive to use and test applications in various screen sizes and configurations

Sometimes availablity problem is there in some devices although it is fine and accomodateble

For all type of testing needs they have very good products like test case management for Test cases and applive live percy for all type of teting and automation
Easy to understand and use
What do you like best about the product?
It's verfy userful with multiple devices and browsers. In real world it's very difficult to buy all the devices and install old os in our machine. so browserstakc is the center of point for the required devices and OS version.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are using a free version it will get logout within 1 minute with multiple session. once you login means atleast for 5 min we can do the free testing without any interuption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple Device testing and web platform testing. It's very difficult to buy all the mobile devices available in the market and do the testing. Same for older version of OS browser.
Highly Efficient tool for cross-browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
It gives great insights and a realistic experience while testing features on different browsers. Not only does it allow you to pick the OS and the browsers but also the specific versions of it. It's quite easy to get started. You don't need any documentation and tutorials, has a very clear interface. Typically works fast without any lags.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the price. I feel that if it offered a more affordable pricing plan, even with reduced functionality, it would be excellent.
