No need of test devices
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of browserstack we can now test our websites in different browsers whether it is mobile browser or desktop browser. This gives us a clear vision of our system reliability.
From the Browserstack dashboard we can also raise a JIRA ticket directly so we dont have to take screenshot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great with Browserstack just they can also extend their feature for desktop apps also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Browserstack's Live feature to test our websites in different Browsers. Its supports almost every widely used browser so now we dont have to worry about downloading each and every browser in our system. We can just acces every browser and perform testing from a single website.

It solves the key issues around availability of devices to test for compatibility and other mobile specific tests that we require

Since the solution is hosted elsewhere, specially with people working remotely from home, depending on the speed of the connection they have performance can't be quite challenging sometimes.. i.e. slow connections, frequent drops, etc.

Browserstack has been a game-changer for me and my testing team . As a software qa automation engineer , its crucal partto test application in multiple platforms and devices . I am able to quickly and easily load any browser on any OS makes troubleshooting very easy

Sometimes loading and getting IOS devices during automation or manual was bit slow but not everytime. Can be improved that part alone
