Good experience for doing QA.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to handle and very useful. Changing devices is also quite simple and fast. Overall, it greatly helps with testing on devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered the problem twice where an error was replicated on physical devices but was not detected through BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test with devices that I don't physically have in my possession to validate design.
Best tool for QA
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is easy to use. Cross-browser testing in BrowserStack has made QA testing easier. The UI is straightforward to connect to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult for multiple users to log in to browser stack simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anytime I want to do mobile testing, I do not need a physical device to connect to. BrowserStack takes care of that for me, which is highly helpful.
Perfect tool for app testing on real devices
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides an easy to use interface for testing on a range of real workd devices. Any app developer needs a service like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limited number of options for tablet based devices. I woudl like to see a wider range - especially on Android.

Browserstack is critical for testing and seeing first hand how an app behaves on real workd devices with different OS versions and screen sizes.

None I can think of. [May be pricing can be reduced considering small start ups.May be they already have this option that I am unaware of]

My product sometimes has errors in the Safari browser. Since I am not an iOS user, I cannot test it. BrowserStack helps me a lot in this regard.

Browserstack platform is scalable and helps optimize testing. They provide great support therefore any implementation, integration is ease.

I wish there were better debugging for mobile. Low code automation needs more improvements.

Both App Live , Automate & App Automate are stellar BrowserStack services, each addressing distinct testing needs in the app development cycle. Whether prioritizing hands-on interactive testing or automated, scalable test execution, BrowserStack equips teams with the tools to ensure their apps perform flawlessly on any device.

Occasional performance lags and the potential cost implications could be drawbacks for some users

BrowserStack extends its utility beyond just functional and regression testing. It incorporates capabilities for simulating various network conditions and geolocation scenarios, among other features. This enriches the testing activity by adding diverse dimensions and broadening coverage.
BrowserStack supports independent open-source projects
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a BrowserStack user for a long time, and only just learned that they offer free accounts to independednt open-source projects. This is a huge benefit for me as I work on several side projects that are not profitable, but have a few hundred users, combined.
As a product, BrowserStack is great and very easy to use, with a ton of options for developers who want to make sure their sites are accessible to a variety of users.

I can't really think of anything. I would have said that pricing is a bit too steep for small side projects, but since they offer free accounts for eligible open-source projects, this is no longer an issue.

BrowserStack offers a huge variety of devices to test with, and many tools to use them. It really is the full package.
