Great tool for mobile automation testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like most of the features of BrowserStack which makes our lives easy while automating.
1. Running parallel tests which saves a lot of time.
2. Accuracy for real device testing.
3. Fast and intuitive UI which helps us implement the tests easily.
4. It can be easily integrated with different tools with the help of the provided guide.

What do you dislike about the product?
I get a lot of idle timeout error nowadays. Also all the devices are not listed. i have some suggestions for it.
1. Make the idle session time a little bit longer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time by running tests parallelly.
Excellent & Powerful Tool for Cross Browser Testing & All types of Device Testing.
What do you like best about the product?
1. Wide Range of Devices available for every category like Android, IOS & Windows Platform which makes it a very helpful tool to perform cross-browser, UI & Functional Testing.
2. Along with a good range of devices it also provides users an option to test on a particular version of OS for available devices which makes it very helpful to find version-specific bugs for cross-browser testing.
3. One of best feature I like the most is the change location feature: This feature makes geolocation testing much easier & helps to find our edge case bugs which are bound to happen in specific countries.
4. Additionally features like Dev tools make debugging much easier when we are working to debug something, especially on mobile devices.
5. Features like throttle speed & Able to customize resolution for desktops are also very helpful while performing UI testing & cross-browser testing.
6. It's a boon for MAC Book users since we can easily test our task on the Internet Explorer browser using BrowserStack.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes it's very slow: When we load a mobile device due to some issue it gets stuck at the booting screen & we need to refresh the page to get it working. (Please note: it happens only sometimes and it's not a frequent issue).
2. More Models of different brands of Android Devices need to be added - Currently there are limited models of Android devices available which leads to the limited scope of testing for Android devices.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Browserstack provides a wide range of real devices in an online mode which makes cross-browser testing much easier & reliable.
2. Having Mac Book we cannot test our products properly on the Internet Explorer browser. BrowserStack solves that problem by providing an environment where Mac users can easily test their sites on the IE browser.
3. It also makes GEO Location testing easier for us since we don't need to install additional VPN tools to test our product on different locations via VPN.
4. With the help of the dev tool feature on mobile we can easily inspect & debug webpage on mobile devices
5. Browserstack also provides users an option to test on multiple browser versions of the same devices which makes it very useful to find any browser version-specific bug easily.

Some older tablet devices and Samsung mini tablets

Before, we had difficulty testing our application; with BrowserStack, everything became easier.
Quality product
What do you like best about the product?
Very smooth, the App Live test is quick and has higher frame rates than other competitors. Mobile app is resigned and installed automatically without any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permission "draw over other apps" can't be granted on devices other than Pixel and Samsung. They just lock device Settings screen from these devices. But this is just a minor issue, I can use Pixel and Samsung device to test for crash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decent pricing to test mobile app on their real iOS/Android devices cloud. The plan "freelancer" is good enough.
Testing your website easier, on a lot of devices.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm making a web, and I need to test it on various devices and browsers, and BrowserStack is 1st choice. With the wide range of real devices, I can test my website quickly and detect and fix the issue. Using BrowserStack is very easy because it doesn't require a vast knowledge of technology. As a user of BrowserStack, I don't need to call support because everything is working fine, and there are no issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage of BrowserStack is that the web UI isn't good enough; it makes me quite confused while using it the first time. Second, the resolution of the actual device isn't high quality or stable. It sometimes annoys me, maybe because of my internet connection to BrowserStack.

Building a website without testing is criminal, and BrowserStack helps me detect bugs and connect issues my website faces. After using BrowserStack, nearly all problems were gone, and the experience was good again.

While BrowserStack is awesome, it's true that it can get a bit pricey, especially if you're a smaller team or flying solo.

But hey, the awesome thing about BrowserStack is that you get instant access to tons of real devices and browsers right at your fingertips! That means I can easily test my websites and apps on all sorts of setups, so I know they'll work flawlessly for everyone, no matter what they're using. And that, my friend, makes for some super happy users!
Powerful tool that's changed the game when it comes to efficieny.
What do you like best about the product?
It's super user friendly, easy for our clients to use and cuts the wrok load in half when it comes to testing! Relugarly used within our team and clients.

Has it's bugs and not always loading on site which comes with it's frustrations to then troubleshoot.

Best Testing Solution for All Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about BrowserStack is how easy it makes testing across different platforms and devices. Being able to test on real devices, rather than just emulators, gives me peace of mind knowing that my app will perform well for all users. The integration with different tools is a huge plus, making it super convenient to run automated tests as part of my workflow. I also appreciate how fast it is—getting quick feedback helps me catch and fix issues much faster. The interface is really intuitive, and even when I was just starting out, I found the documentation incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some devices have long delays when performing actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the critical problem of cross-compatibility testing. In the past, it was challenging to ensure that applications performed well across all devices and browsers without having a vast array of physical devices on hand.

Truly love that there are so many browsers, and devices, all at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its frustrating that time runs out on the free account so quickly, and that it was not clear what limitations are in place, before starting the clock. Still love the tool though.

Replicating errors reported by others, either they exist or they don't but with BrowserStack I know I've done due diligence
