Easy Cross-Browser Testing with Some Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes cross-browser testing easy with real devices and a cloud-based setup. It saves time, requires no complex setup, and works well with automation tools like Selenium.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack can be expensive for teams with high testing needs. Live testing may sometimes feel slow, and debugging can be tricky on certain devices. Also, parallel test limitations on lower plans can be a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack makes cross-browser and device testing easy with real devices and a cloud setup. It saves time, reduces effort, and helps find bugs early, improving quality and user experience.

Useful, but a bit expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack works great when I need to test on the go. It saves me from owning multiple phones or setting up several VMs. It supports a wide variety of devices, requires no installation, and performs much better than emulating.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack can be laggy and choppy at times. It’s also expensive for individual testing. Another downside is that while I prefer supporting older devices, BrowserStack doesn’t offer options for older iPhones like the iPhone 7 or 5s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser Stack saves me from owning a bunch of devices and dealing with VMs. It makes testing much quicker and finding problems on specific devices easier. Plus, since it's all on real devices, I avoid any VM-related issues.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has a wide range of android and ios devices available. Also the devices are automatically allocated from the different data centers based on the device availabillity
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack doesnt have the app management feature which makes it difficult to maintain the uploaded apps on the portal. Although the uploaded app can be fetched through API but thats not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Browser Stack to perform the mobile app testing using app automate feature. I need to run my multiple test cases in parallel on adroid as well as ios devices. I am exploring Browser Stack to run my test cases in parallel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Devices sometimes take time to connect and sometimes throws error 'Unable to load check back later' after launching. And some times in ios devices it shows start screen recording screen after connecting.

Build dashboard, easy to analyse run consistancy.
Browserstack - A complete Testing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with browserstack is seemless and thorough, the product is very cutting edge and full of useful and value adding features. Its easy to use and the implentation is pretty straightforward. The customer support is also great and all teh concerns are adressed proactively, unless there are issues that no body in the industry knows the answers to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some underlying technical shortcomings in the tech stacks, which needs to be deep dived and fixed to make it more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Browserstack is solving for us of the availability of a mobile device pool to facilitate our Functional Mobile App Testing as well as Automated Mobile App Testing, it not just provides a pool of devices but a whole solution including various logs, video recordings, syncronized exceution and various capabilities, which is just awesome.

Since Browserstack offer both App Automate and Observability feature it is very easy to visualise our test execution in Oberservability. It provides all sort of tags in the tests which you execute manually or with the help of automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack only list execution result in the Observalibilty as Build wise, I think they should have offer feature to list them test suite wise for better management and monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is used for execution of automation suites of mobile app and website in our organisation. We are also using its Test Management tool for managing test cases and suite in some our projects in our organisation

We are getting automated quality checks for the deployment of our application across all browsers or devices with the help of Quality Gate.
After execution of any automation report we can directly report the error or create tickets from the session history of that particular test case execution. There we already get in built integrations with other project management tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you revisit any of your execution history it takes time to load the recording of your execution. Some times you'll get error in loading that recording after waiting for mins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is helping us a lot to segregate our issues from automation runs. We are getting a overview of our application performance and stability. It automatically marks the tests apart from pass or fail such as flaky, New Failures, Performance Anamoly etc.
BrowserStack make it really easy for testing whether it is manual or automated.

As a developer, it really helped me for testing the features and cover all the use cases. It cover a wide range of browsers and operating system which enhances the user experience. It works well with Jenkins and makes the automation testing really smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes slow when we test on real devices. Local testing feature is sometimes slow and gets delayed due to session time outs. Also, It is expensive for a comparatively small group of developers.

BrowserStack helped me and my team for performing both manual and automation testing while covering wide range of test cases in a comparatively short amount of time. It enhanced our performance and product quality as well.
