amazing set of tools for testing with different versions of devices and browsers
What do you like best about the product?
minimize testing time by using browerstack virtual devices for testing app with older versions of ios, android and browsers. easy to implement and I use it very frequently because testing makes software bug free.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are not dislikes because browserstack helps very much in all aspects of testing.

it helped me to test my mobile app with many versions of ios and android so that it be compatible for many every version

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is the best testing platform that runs tests on real devices, unlike emulators or simulators, ensuring correct results that accurately reflect real user experiences on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I have not found anything serious that I can dislike, but I can see a price being a barrier for small individual testers or small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software tester, BrowserStack is making my job much easier by solving a dependency of testing in multiple devices for an app or website, because at one point now I can do testing in multiple devices. and also BrowserStack providing an integration with Selenium, so I can run my repetitive task to save time and maintain consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is easy to use and the implementation was smooth. The customer support is always responsive and helpful.I use it frequently for cross-browser testing on real devices, and its wide range of feature to makes it an essential tool for QA process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow many times when multiple tests are run and many a times when I conduct cross browser testing on device the connection is lost.
Pricing is high for small team so it will be difficult to use the platform full functionality.

Best cloud solution for QA with ability to test on all platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Automated testing on Browserstack with mobile apps and web has been great for our organisation, this helps us to identify bugs early and report them quickly. I execute sanity tests everyday as there are frequents changes and continuous deployment with different integration releases in our organization. Browserstack has made life easy with less or no manual intervention. Integrating with Circle CI and Firebase for manual and automated testing was pretty easy.
Whenever we have issues with Browserstack the customer suppport team is very responsive and help resolve the issues within given SLA. We have also been assigned with an Account manager who is responsive and checks on us with new and existing products and it's upgrades.

I don't feel there is anything I dislike as they come up with each and every solution based on customer needs.

1. For our organisation BrowserStack has been a mssive help in allowing us to test on real devices be it Android or iOS running on differnet version of the operating systems with just one click and the device is ready for testing using App live product.
2. BrowserStack has helped us execute our web and mobile automation scripts on products like Automation Pro and App Automation when the development code is deployed to staging environment. These tests are triggered via integration with Circle CI. This has benifited us to achieve a great quality of QA before every release and allowed us to minimise bugs.
3. BrowserStack has allows me to validate test results and check error logs to find out root cause for any issues reported by the QA team.
4. Browserstack web cloud solution allows me to manage my time efficiently, not having to worry much about setup or installation of apps with easy integration with Firebase which lists all app builds and can be used to install apps easily on the device for testing.

Tried for improving a client's website, to a must go tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple yet very effective tool, which gives the feeling of working with live devices. It could easily be implemented for integrating the automated tests for different devices. Once the client suggested to use this tool, we went forward for using this tool for every project on regular basis. Additionally the customer support is awesome, as I was assigned to a human executive for chat within seconds.

It is a bit sloe, and switching to different devices is bit hectic to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hekping me solve comparision between n number of devices for the perfect look of mobile and desktop applications.
