Efficient cross-OS testing using Browserstack
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about BrowserStack is its real-device testing capability. It allows user to test websites and applications on actual devices and browsers with access to a wide variety of devices and OS combinations not just emulators or simulators, which provides a much more accurate and reliable testing experience. This makes cross-browser and cross-OS testing incredibly effective which is essential for our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is occasional performance lag, especially when running tests on real devices, which can affect the speed of testing. Sometimes, this can cause delays in manual testing.
While BrowserStack offers a wide range of devices and browsers, not every version or combination is available at all times, meaning certain edge cases or older device models may not be present. These could be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the need to test on multiple physical devices. By providing real device testing across a wide range of browsers, operating systems, and device models, it saves a ton of time and resources that would otherwise go into maintaining a diverse physical device lab. You don’t need to own a variety of smartphones, tablets, or desktops because BrowserStack handles it all remotely

Heavily used App live and it proved to be really valuable and useful for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Been using the App Live feature for a couple of years now.
Under this time the feature has been always available. I don't remember any downtime.
Sessions stability is great and barely faced any issue or disconnection while working on testing apps.
It's pretty straightforward to upload an app and start working, it only takes a few clicks so the usability is good.
In terms of responsiveness, which is something really important when working with real devices, it barely affects user experience and you can work with the app without major delays. I have tested other tools in the market and faced slowness that made it hard to work. This hasn't been the case with BrowserStack.
Also, when support was needed I was always able to reach a representative that ended solving the issue.

Browser stack platform is easy to use and test app / website on it.
I use this platform when I have project and if client pays good then i use it frequently to test features.
Actually I didn't imaged that it is much easy to integrate and test.
Personally I didn't need to use customer support because this platform is almost bug-free.
easy implementation curve.
