Great tool for novice automation testers, easy to use and with great support
What do you like best about the product?
My experience was with the Low Code Automation Tool, what I like the best is how intuitive and easy to use it helping us save a lot of time with recurrent tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, Ive the tool is still in beta and has been consistently improving since the first day I tried it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly saving time with recurrent tests besides giving us another tool to ensure the most defects are catched

User friendly and lots of quick option to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
May be worth having option where we can save the credentials on all the virtual devices so dont have to enter credentials everytime session restarts

scope of testing using virtual devices
Amazing app it helped us scaled and test mobile and the no code automation tool is a best deal!

No Code automation Tool is a great it helped us to automate 1000 test cases, apart from that I did like the GEO Location feature it helped us test our website without using a seperate VPN tool

Pricing is bit higher when compared with other options

GEO Location - We needed to test thailand app and it helped us test that
I had a good experience testing with browserstack especially for cross browser compatibility

IT has all the things I need to test cross browser compatibility and responsive.

So far none. Theres no such thing that I dislike about browserstack.

Im not sure what problems browser stack is solving and And I got all my needs for testing and it really benefits me.

What do you like best about the product?
As a UX designer, I work with the team to test the product across devices and platforms. BrowserStack is a pretty handy tool for us to use, we can look at the webpage on many devices and browsers, and the best part, different versions. We want to make sure our website is accessible on old browsers and devices as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know you have accessibility scan service recently. I wonder if you can add more features to that. We're having a major accessibility project. Would like to see if you can provide something like accessibility testing, manual audit, and cover more devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-browser testing. Device testing. Accesbility Scan. Sometimes we want to see the old version of our website, we can easiliy look into it using your tool.

Ease of use, speed, parallel test automation

Cost,filter test runs by tags, create a report from all the projects instead of only individual ones

Tool allows developers to test their websites and mobile applications across various browsers and devices. By providing virtual access to real devices and browsers, tool ensures that websites and apps function seamlessly for all users
BrowserStack has the essentials but could use some UI/UX improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Browser Stack is a great product that has helped me work through many proof of concept demos. Clients I work with love to see MVP's of their mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tutorial would be nice when you log in. It's not always obvious when navigating the platform how to run the app I need to use. I think intentional labeling of the side bar and other menu's would go a long way.
A presenter mode would be helpful. When I am demoing to clients I would like a clean view similar to that of Powerpoint presenter mode.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I can show a beta version of a customer facing app it does help instil confidence from my clients that we are heading in the right direction. It also goes a long way in soliciting feedback so that we can pivot when needed.
BrowserStack is a fantastic tool and highly valuable for all organistions

BrowserStack solves lots of issues surrounding testing, having the ability to utilise a whole range devices within seconds and then integrate with automated tests is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhemling with the number of links, options and pages on the site so maybe if it was a little more simplified it would be even better.

Having access to a whole range of devices and platforms allows us to get further confidence in our testing
