Effortless for Everyone: User-Friendly Experience with BrowserStack

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is easy for both technical and non-technical people to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is memory-intensive, so you might experience some freezing if you are using a very old device or have a slow internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create multiple campaign pages using low-code or no-code tools. BrowserStack assists us in debugging the web application across various devices and locations. Additionally, we debug our Consent Management Platform to verify compliance based on different regions (e.g., the EU or California).

A Robust Platform for Comprehensive App Testing

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for app testing across Android, iOS, and iPad. I like that it lets me test in almost all real device environments without needing physical devices. I can check almost all cases and observe API calls in the production version, which isn't possible on other platforms. I can see real-time requests and track if an application breaks because of an API call or data mismatch. Also, testing the app UI with various mobiles is very convenient. The setup is simple and easy to grasp quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the case of iOS, if we need to test push notifications, we have to download it from TestFlight. If that could work with the uploaded build, it would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of not having all devices for testing by allowing us to test in real environments. It allows us to check all cases, see API calls in production, and test UI on various mobiles. We can track issues with API calls or data mismatches.

A Powerful Cross-Browser Testing Platform with Peak Hour Challenges

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can test on real devices without having to buy them. Having access to the latest and legacy combinations of devices and browsers is super helpful. I appreciate the ability to integrate automation testing with Selenium, as it allows me to use existing Selenium test suites without much change. The parallel testing on different devices, OS, and browsers saves a lot of time. I also find the CI/CD integration very useful for automated browser checks on code changes and builds. Manual and local testing are pretty easy, making it user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
During peak hours, there is a lag and performance is not that great. Typing and scrolling is slow sometimes. Debugging of complex issues can get really slow. Real devices are slower and need longer startup times. Map-based pages are slow. Need control on session timeouts. The pricing should be reduced to make it more affordable. Manual/local testing is pretty easy, but automation/CI/CD requires more effort and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves usability, user interface, browser compatibility, and device compatibility issues. I like testing on real devices without buying them and accessing latest/legacy browser-device combinations. It integrates with Selenium for automated tests, supporting parallel testing and CI/CD for automated checks, saving us time and effort.

Reliable Cross-Browser Testing with Seamless Automation Integration

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a very reliable platform for cross-browser and cross-device testing, especially in automation scenarios. The biggest advantage is the wide range of real devices and browsers available without the need to maintain physical hardware or complex local infrastructure.

From an automation perspective, BrowserStack integrates well with Selenium and supports modern CI/CD pipelines. Running tests in parallel significantly reduces execution time, which is critical in larger projects. The stability of sessions and overall platform availability are also strong points.

Additionally, the UI is intuitive and makes it easy to quickly debug failing tests using logs, screenshots, and video recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, browser or device availability can be limited during peak hours, which may require some scheduling adjustments. In rare cases, test execution can be slightly slower compared to local environments, especially for more complex test suites.

Pricing can also be a consideration for smaller teams, although it is understandable given the scope of features and infrastructure provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of maintaining and scaling cross-browser and cross-device test environments. Instead of managing multiple local machines or physical devices, we can execute tests reliably in the cloud.

This significantly improves test coverage and confidence in releases while reducing maintenance overhead. It also enables the team to catch browser-specific issues earlier in the development cycle, which directly improves product quality and release stability.

Streamlined Mobile Testing with Real Devices

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack simplifies mobile automation testing and improves efficiency. The ability to run automated tests on real Android and iOS devices in parallel is fantastic because it helps us catch real-world issues that emulators might miss. The inbuilt Appium inspector is very helpful, speeding up element inspection and debugging, making script development and troubleshooting much quicker. Percy visual testing is another feature I appreciate, as it makes it easy to catch UI regressions across devices and maintain a consistent user experience. The platform also saves significant time during testing cycles, improves test coverage, and reduces the risk of bugs reaching production. The initial setup was very good due to the elaborated document provided by BrowserStack, making it easy for us to get started. Overall, it helps reduce manual effort and the automation runtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
During multiple platform testing, the Appium inspector can sometimes load slowly when switching back between devices, and test execution may occasionally feel slower on certain devices. It would be better if BrowserStack allows stability while using multiple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing, which simplifies catching compatibility issues early. It eliminates maintaining physical devices, speeds up testing cycles, improves test coverage, and reduces bugs reaching production.

Real device testing offers broad coverage, straightforward integration, and a setup process that is free of complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be costly at times, and I have noticed occasional performance lags. Additionally, the options for offline testing are somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution addresses device and browser fragmentation, accelerates testing processes, lowers infrastructure expenses, and enhances overall app quality.

Comprehensive Testing, Some UI Slowdowns

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that BrowserStack has all the different devices and operating systems in one place, making it super convenient for testing. It supports browser debugging, which makes it really easy for us to understand the actual issues. I also like that we don't need to load the same website or web application on different devices, as everything is available at one User Interface. The initial setup was easy with our account director.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging is present but not perfect. Sometimes the whole UI becomes a little non-responsive and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us with multi-device testing and tracking new device variations. It's a one-stop shop for testing on different devices and OS, with integrated browser debugging that simplifies identifying issues.
