BrowserStack is my first choice for browser testing.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy operation, training, very many functions. The support responds quickly and was able to find a good solution for my concern.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantages. It has occasionally happened that I had to reload the page because the test did not respond to my inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real devices for testing websites without having to own the devices myself.

What I like about browserStack is very convinient since you developers can test their website and mobile applications , so they can easily fix the error immediately and easily with any hassle and easy to use

maybe the price, i hope it become less cheaper, so many can afford the browserstack

I think the bug in most system,the browser stack easily eliminate the bug in the system easily.BrowserStack allows testing on real devices and browsers, helping identify and resolve compatibility issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The most loved part is the ability of view test results in one single dashboard and get an insights of all the test runs (automated & manual ) and triage on the issues from there itself. And its integration with Jira makes the tracking of items very easy.
Its very easy to implement test cases written in excel or google sheets to be imported to the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve is there to understand all the different features within the single product, once thats done, its an ease of use platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps in generating test run reports and showcase it to the stakeholders. The test run dashboard is also helpful, it ca be shared directly to the stakeholders in an instant to get the insights of the test runs and existing issues.

BrowserStack helps us avoid so much more errors by allowing us to run software and applications before we get them live on for production.

Nothing. Everything is great so far. We are loving it.

BrowserStack solved issues like software and apps crashes and network connection issues. Basically, BrowserStack is our go-to when it comes to running tests for "bugs".
The best cloud web and testing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to test different applications of browsers and other operating systems. It also have supports that you can ask if there some problems you encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
There some downsides but it is not a problem i think, for it is the convenience of use but we are getting there

It streamline my testing process, reduce testing time and cost, and ensure the quality of my applications across all possible device-browser combinations.

I really like using the latest version of IOS and MAC. And also the android version was very superb. Samsung the best.

I dont see dislike about browserstack because all are very useful and all version are accessible.

They solve the problem by using other os version of mobile device in my software testing.
Best platform to test apps
What do you like best about the product?
Testing apps on real devices is the best experience ever. I'm able to get closer to user devices and measure their experience.

The price for countries where the dolar is way to high compared to real for example.

Having multiple devices so I can test and measure performance.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is the best cloud device farm with over 20,000 devices across various OS versions. It also supports mobile devices with SIM, features like network throttling, intercepting mobile API calls, dual device comparison, and parallel execution for automation scripts. BS also supports most of the automation frameworks for both mobile and web applications.

Sometimes while testing on iPhones, devices get freeze
