Reliable & Intuitive Device Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The device farm that BS has setup and the UI to access devices in the farm is responsive and rarely seems to fail which is a far cry from other platforms with similar solutions. The way that all different permutations of devices are laid out makes testing straight forward and a joy. Configuration for each device and controls are displayed in such a way where users never have to think twice about what they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to use each individual feature at the top level isn't as intuitive and figuring out which role to have requires some onboarding time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly spin up my company's mobile application on a physical device of choice to speed up testing iterations. This drastically reduces the onboarding time to installing a test mobile app on other physical devices and simulators which can be cumbersome.

sometimes it lags when 2 user uses the same at same time and even though interent is fast then also it is slow

it makes my life much easier whent it comes to testing. It's very intuitive and you are able to use different types of systems without the need to have the proper mobile in your hands. I use it every single day and love it.

im not sure about a downside, maybe with integrations, but my part with browserstack comes after, so i wouldnt know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows me to identify issues within the application and validate various scenarios without the need for a physical mobile device.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the many products BrowserStack offers. Helps with mobile and web testing for our distributed QA teams. Just started using AppLive and it's great for testing for newer or older devices that aren't available to all of our QA members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not supporting connected devices or anything for streaming app testing.

The Best Tool for Executing Mobile Automated Tests (Device Farm)
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack manages to bring everything good, currently in an application, to execute mobile automated tests. The usage is very intuitive and it offers many integrations. Currently, we use it for numerous work fronts, both iOS and Android, and it serves us very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main point that needs improvement is the cost. Each device has a significantly higher price compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a device farm to run our app regression tests, and BrowserStack suited us very well. Currently, the benefits brought by using BrowserStack are due to having multiple devices available. This allows us to perform extensive testing across various devices and different operating systems.
Best testing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is so popular that we get its support in every other testing tool. We are not using Browserstack directly, instead we are using it via a third party tool. Browserstack helps us to execute our test case in real devices which are being generated by our AI agents.
Since, we are running our our cases with the help of Browserstack we are getting very detailed report of the test cases. We can add tags for better debugging of the cases which leads to more productivity.

Browserstack should also include the AI test case generation feature now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organisation we are using BrowserStack to run our test cases which are being generated by AI agents in real devices. Browserstack also allows us to choose the device of our choice whether it is android, iOS or any web browsers.

We have a mobile app, where we need to test it from user prespective; to be proactive and get to know the issue before the customer face it.
we have synthetic monitoring for website, and we wanted to have similar thing for our mobile app so yeah BrowserStack is the solution

What do you like best about the product?
I think the browserStack is useful for daily life of a programmer, me as a student than eager to learn and develop more in IT world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think i don't see any dislike features on BrowserStack cause it's my first time using it. (1day)
