Comprehensive platform for QA teams

  • June 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a wide range of features that covers most of the desired features and integrations for a QA platform, like:

- ATest Management system that allows you either to maintain manual test suites as well as to integrate it with popular automation testing frameworks and get reports directly into Browserstack
- Integration with Jira, which provides traceability
- Real mobile devices to run tests on
- A customer support team available to teach about new or unknown features
What do you dislike about the product?
- Test case editor: I would be nice if we could edit "inline" without having to open the full edit popup, sometimes you just want to make a change on the title or update from Manual to Automated, and it takes a lot of time to do so through the pop up.
- Grouping of test cases into test suites: it lacks the concept of test suite, you can only create folders within a project, but it has several disadvantages, if you want one test cases to be part of two different tests suites, you have to duplicate it, which makes it a pain to maintain. Also, if you want to get statistics about a particular set of tests, you cant, since the dashboard makes its calculations base on all the test cases, without being able to discriminate based on folder (having test suites would be better)
- AI automation: Competitors like LambdaTest are ahead on AI features, Kane AI offers a platform for writing test cases in natural language and execute them, which can boost QA productivity, Browserstack lacks a feature like that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test case management, mobile automation on real devices, reporting on QA status

Essential Tool for Cross-Device Testing

  • June 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack allows us to test on a wide range of browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and devices (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows) with just a click. This is a huge time-saver for our QA team.
Unlike many simulators, BrowserStack uses real devices, which means the results are far more accurate and reflective of actual user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it generally performs well, there can be slight lag or delays in remote browser interactions on less powerful devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows us to test on real devices (phones, tablets, etc.) with real operating systems, which gives us a more accurate view of user experience.

Benefit: This leads to more reliable testing, catching bugs or performance issues that would otherwise go unnoticed, ensuring a smoother experience for our end users.

Definitely worth trying

  • June 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me a full range of mobile devices I need for both manual testing and test automation. It is easy and intuitive in usage and does not imply any hidden costs. Also at our company it is used not only by QA, but also by product and engineering folks. It is really hard to imagine how to do proper testing without this tool and it stays far above competitors on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It is a bit cumbersome to integrate with the test automation for daily running
- Sometimes there are beta (or half-baked) features, like simultaneous testing that are not in the production-ready quality.
- It would be nice to have MCP integration
- Some features do not bring much of a value for my company (yet I understand they might be useful for others), like bug reporting or codeless test automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly cross-device and cross-browser testing. Not more than that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our team to test apps across different platform without having physical devices..

BrowserStack Review

  • June 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about BrowserStack is the ease of use, especially with mobile devices. We have a heavy use of mobile devices testing and web testing, and the simulators have served a great purpose during testing phases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing off the top of my head that comes as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While our database, may be enduring errors or slowness, BrowserStack gives us an alternative to test functionality. We use it to test both mobile devices and web based testing.
