Browserstack has Simplified my life
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy accessibility about browser stack. It's user friendly while also being fast and reliable. The options are countless and they allow you to become more efficient within your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it could be just a little bit more user friendly. It was a tad confusing when using it and also, it was a bit glitchy or finicky when I first used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the issue of my phone being too small and less accessible than a laptop. It allows me to try apps with more freedom and multiple times without the barriers including in using a phone.

-> Alerts are good; during session expire limitation

What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced the below issues many times
Safari Browser (Web)
-> During File Upload, Web Page Credential Enter, Copy - Paste, it's not working as expected.
-> Some times Window screen gets maximized, and the last solution for me is to end the session (During a long time working, it is happening)
-> Most crucial issue :- As my website is available in all the region with different parameters, let's say for the US (US site), For China (China Site)
If i change my location in BrowserStack to US, still i am seeing my site in CHINA version, and it is not limited with US happening in Dutch, French... and a lot of my websites too and for that i need to use other cloud solutions such as Lambda Test.

It is having a credential entering issue from site to site.

With the variety to access many different devices, navigators, resolutions and OS, we can ensure the quality of the things we test and fulfill our client's necessities.

It is a little slow when we try to navigate in the devices; the slowness affects us a lot when we are trying to do a lot of tests, and it can be a little annoying working around that.

variety of platforms and browser support. able to switch between those devices easily in one click, regularly updated with the latest devices and platforms, and I think it's one of the top platforms in this field

slow performance, High latency, the lack of screen recording on some platforms, it needs to be faster more responsive less laggy and has many servers in many countries to improve the usability

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to use different devices in virtual mode and easy to upload the builds and test them without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser stack yet sometimes is too slow and have to wait for it load and start testing. It would be good if its a bit faster

No need of having multiple physical devices. Carrying multiple devices to different location bothers me. Because of Browser stack this problem is solved.
