I really like the variety of the devices, browsers and versions. It's just so useful when testing for some new features of browsers while staying backward compatible. I use it every day in my current workflow and it helps a lot. Also it's extremely practical to navigate between devices and browsers.

One Platform for All Your Browser and Device Testing Needs
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is incredibly easy to use and was quick to implement with minimal setup or onboarding required. It offers a wide range of features and seamless integration with CI/CD tools, making it a go-to platform for frequent testing across browsers and devices. The intuitive interface, responsive customer support, and rich device coverage make it ideal for teams of all sizes. We rely on it regularly to streamline both manual and automated testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity can sometimes mar the testing experience. If you are inactive for 30 minutes, the solution will close. Occasional slowness during peak hours and limited debugging tools in Live testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us solve critical issues related to cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, ensuring our applications work seamlessly across different environments without maintaining an in-house device lab. It also addresses the challenge of scaling automated testing by integrating smoothly with our CI/CD pipeline, enabling faster and more reliable releases. Additionally, it reduces time spent on manual testing and helps catch UI/UX issues early in the development cycle, ultimately improving product quality and user experience.
Seamless quick way to enable CI/CD
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about BrowserStack is its ability to let you test across multiple real devices and browsers without needing to maintain your own device lab. It also makes deployment easy and includes efficient bug logging and tracking, helping teams find and fix issues quickly during the testing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about BrowserStack is that I wish it had annotation features and allowed for chats or comments, similar to what Figma offers. This would make it easier for teams to collaborate directly within the platform when sharing bugs or feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of testing apps across many different devices and operating systems without needing to buy or maintain your own device lab. This benefits me by saving time and resources, ensuring my applications work smoothly for all users, and speeding up the process
A Beautiful Platform To Test your Websites and Mobile Applications
What do you like best about the product?
You can test your websites and mobile applications very easily through the Browserstack platform. You can do a combination of both manual and automated testing through various latest browsers to ensure that your website and application are running as per your expectations. They have IP Geolocation testing as well that enables you to test your websites in different regions based on your target locations to run your website and mobile application. Another great feature is testing happens in latest real mobile devices and real web browsers not emulators. Most of the real mobile devices are present in their platform which has the highest popularity based on market share. I have worked for Browserstack and sold the product to multiple end customers in US. It is very easy to implement as the entire product is made extremely user-friendly. The customer support is great and they solve all your technical queries quickly. They have integration with all popular automation frameworks, a variety of CI/CD tools and project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should increase the time frame of their free trials with limited features as this will help customers get a lot of confidence on the product. They should also bring down the pricing as there were a lot of customers complaining on the price point compared to the other competitors like Lambda test or Sauce Labs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great platform for mobile app and website developers as it gives access to a platform to test their mobile apps and website for perfomance, speed and visual representation as per their expectation. They also get to test their application on real mobile devices and browsers which will ensure their software to be free from bugs and they can delivery with high quality to their end customers which will enhance customer experience. Testing is the backbone to determine the success for any software so it is essential for developers to select the correct platform for their testing needs and requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross browser and real device testing. It saves a lot of setup time and gives access to a wide range of real devices and browsers instantly. The ability to test in real user conditions is a huge plus, especially when working on responsiveness and bug tracking. It also integrates well with our automation workflow, making both manual and automated testing more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about BrowserStack is the occasional wait time to access certain real devices, especially those I’ve recently used. It can slow down testing when devices are in high demand. Also, there can be minor lags or session timeouts during live testing, which affect the overall workflow. While the platform is powerful, sometimes navigating between features or configurations isn’t as smooth as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the major challenge of testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems without needing to maintain an in house device lab. It gives me instant access to real devices and browsers, which is crucial for mobile and web automation. This saves a lot of time, improves test coverage, and helps identify bugs early in real-world environments. It’s especially useful for ensuring that our applications work consistently for all users, regardless of the platform they’re on.

Comprehensive platform for QA teams
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a wide range of features that covers most of the desired features and integrations for a QA platform, like:
- ATest Management system that allows you either to maintain manual test suites as well as to integrate it with popular automation testing frameworks and get reports directly into Browserstack
- Integration with Jira, which provides traceability
- Real mobile devices to run tests on
- A customer support team available to teach about new or unknown features

What do you dislike about the product?
- Test case editor: I would be nice if we could edit "inline" without having to open the full edit popup, sometimes you just want to make a change on the title or update from Manual to Automated, and it takes a lot of time to do so through the pop up.
- Grouping of test cases into test suites: it lacks the concept of test suite, you can only create folders within a project, but it has several disadvantages, if you want one test cases to be part of two different tests suites, you have to duplicate it, which makes it a pain to maintain. Also, if you want to get statistics about a particular set of tests, you cant, since the dashboard makes its calculations base on all the test cases, without being able to discriminate based on folder (having test suites would be better)
- AI automation: Competitors like LambdaTest are ahead on AI features, Kane AI offers a platform for writing test cases in natural language and execute them, which can boost QA productivity, Browserstack lacks a feature like that
