What do you dislike about the product?
I've discovered that some of the problems I've had with BrowserStack include sporadic speed problems, a lack of customization options, and hefty pricing for some of the more sophisticated capabilities.
It can be irritating, especially when attempting to perform tests rapidly when engineers report having delayed load times when accessing virtual computers or actual devices on the platform. It has been noted by other users that the customization possibilities for BrowserStack's test environments are fairly constrained, which can make it challenging to reproduce complex testing scenarios.

At the current time is it a great resource in terms of managing our automation and learning. Coming from a manual testing background it is daunting to understand that what I'm doing is correct. So the familiarity makes this piece a little easier

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard - there is no ergonomics put into the design of the dashboard
It doesn't scroll properly, the filter is pretty much useless
And why can't you change the sort of the text logs to show the latest message at the top instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom, then if i want to scroll back up, i have to scroll the entire text log back up before the actual window will scroll
The pricing structure makes no sense and you do not get rewarded for adding more products
The lack of investment and development put into playwright meant i had to change the framework
The documentation is misleading and sometimes not inline with your offering, special when using playwright

The only problem it solves is device coverage, other than that testing on the device is extremely slow and buggy
