Cross-platform testing with Log's and easy for testing many devices

Browserstack makes it SUPER easy to access TONS of different browsing setups, from Apple, Android and Windows devices, some modern, some dating back to the 2000s?!
What do you dislike about the product?
The machines can be a bit laggy. I do not like how long it takes between clicks and action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to test my websites, i frankly don't want 5,000,000 browsers on my system so i like that browserstack makes it easy to test my websites on varying modern, outdated and even "retro" setups.

speed, and collections of devices mostly everything is inside

i do not understand how i can run the profile in my browser or add my proxy to the web version and automate it

devices of mobile versions but i would like to understand more really which are the real devies and the real packages

What do you like best about the product?
Test Management and App live. Test mangement is super helpful along with all the integreatin it has. App live is wonderful for testing quickly on many different devices and utilizing all its mock data.

On my IOS testing apps, I have to enable IOS entitlements for them to work but that means I cant enable Picture Uploadso I am unable to test a lot of things on IOS so I no longer use browserstack for my IOS apps

How wuickly to get through testing and test case/plan management.

It is easy to use, it can be easily implemented, good customer support, we use it daily, it is one app for testing in multiple devices (Android, ios) it can be easily integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it.

We can test on multiple devices (Android real devices, ios real devices) with one app, we don't have to purchase or get access to different brand mobiles for testing our website or app, this is saving lots of money for our organization.

It’s limited free plan and performance lagging sometimes.

BrowserStack helps me as an automation testing engineer by eliminating the need for maintaining physical devices and multiple browser environments. Benefits I gain includes the seamless integrations with playwright and it’s cross-browser and cross-device testing ability .

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, but one thing to notice here is that they can make gmail logging a bit easy or pre logged in devices can be given

Being a mobile QA Engineer we constantly need multiple devices to test, this is where BS come in and solves the issue.

The ability to test our Android app on a spectrum of Android devices hassle free right from our Github PRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major I think, very rarely there are certain bugs as all software services that may halt your testing for a day or two but generally things work great most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows us to enhance our automated testing capabilities by running our tests on multiple Andoid devices and due to this our test cycles are much faster than earlier and as a result it's much faster to ship a change out to users for us.
