BrowserStack broadens our testing capabilities anywhere in the world
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I have a lot of mobile devices to choose from. It has saved us many times from having to acquire a specific phone to test for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation to do specific tests on mobile devices with apps that require camera usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to acquire one or multiple physical devices and send it to one of our testers all over the world and so it benefits us with keeping a lower cost for this purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
The access to real devices to test, all the options from Android, IOS, the multiple testing products they are offering and the use of AI to automate testing

The price is something why the companies can choose other options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need of having multiple devices, we can find everything here and also have the option to automate, integrate with Jira, and see any log details in the execution.
Excellent integration with frameworks, but with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is an excellent platform for automated and manual testing, standing out for its wide integration with different frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, WebDriverIO, and Appium, which facilitates adoption within diverse QA teams. Additionally, I like that they constantly incorporate new features and updates that enhance the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are areas that could improve. Currently, the retention of test results is limited to 30 days, which can be restrictive for teams that need audits or longer histories. It would be ideal to be able to configure the retention time in a personalized way. Additionally, at times, errors occur in certain modules, especially in Test Reporting & Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows running tests in the cloud, now time in the company's executions allows for easy cross testing.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of having an environment to perform mobile testing, which is what I currently use it for, is practical and simple
What do you dislike about the product?
perhaps the amount of resources required to be able to use it, very heavy at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't feel that there are problems except for the resources it uses to navigate in the emulators, but when navigating and being able to test by emulating mobile environments, it is a great help for testing on mobile devices to simulate all operating systems and mobile resources as such.
It has been a very enjoyable demonstration in which time has passed quickly for me.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the services of app live and app automated for my projects for a while, and so far everything has been great. In fact, we have purchased more licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, everything is okay, the only thing I still need to do is learn how to integrate the SDK into my automation projects and determine if it adds value, which I'm not sure about.

The pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams or startups. Occasionally, there can be slight lags when testing on real devices, especially during peak hours. Some advanced debugging features could also be improved to make troubleshooting even faster.

Sometimes test execution can be slower compared to running locally, especially when spinning up real devices or multiple parallel sessions.

BrowserStack removes the hassle of maintaining an in-house device lab. I can test across multiple browsers, operating systems, and real mobile devices instantly.
Since it integrates smoothly with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other CI tools, my automation runs seamlessly as part of the build pipeline.

I like it the most because it explains easily about all the technologies and development tools.

Nothing much to say. Everything explained was good.

BrowserStack solves the problem of accessing multiple devices, browsers, and OS combinations without maintaining physical labs. It benefits me by saving time, reducing cost, and helping me test efficiently across real environments.
Browserstack is the Future
What do you like best about the product?
All their new AI features and tools that are easy to implement into a website. There CS is very helpful and quick to respond! Is a great choice whether you have a small company or large! The frequency of use can range. I can check on running tests to see if I need to make changes to it and am able to recieve feedback quick if something is wrong with the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still alot of progress to be made on AI in Browserstack and is lacking in some areas. The easy of integration was smooth.

Browserstack as able to make post-deployment checks easy.
