I have experienced some lags sometime, which is rare and cane be fixed.
Also, once disconnected the session should start from where it got disconnected.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI does not fit well on a smaller resolution laptop and I have been struggling with this since day one now

In real life, one cannot access a wide range of mobile and computer devices available worldwide. Browser stack has made those devices, and browsers available to a person under a single platform and along with that browser stack has also provided other useful services such as automation support, capturing/logging the bug via the platform itself, integration of various other platforms such as slack, JIRA, etc
