I like how it's easy to use and choosing any device, any version, any browser

Great for regression and acceptance tests as well as finding errors.

The simplicity / ease of conducting tests.

Not needing it 7 days a week 365 days of the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack solves the problem of not having enough hands, virtual machines or devices to be able to conduct testing affordably as enterprise, hobby user, freelance and the rest of lifes container.

it perfectly solves problem of absence the variations of devices and different versions that's needed for testing
One of the best Low Code Automation Experienced
What do you like best about the product?
I am using BrowserStack Low Code Automation tool. It allows us to record each and every steps by just clicking on it and performing any actions, unlike some other tools in which we need to specify the type of field or element which we are trying to record. It also allows us to edit the steps in-between and also provides JS code for the recorded steps. The integration with CI/CD pipelines are also not a complex one.
Support provided by the team is so good and always active.
Implementation is easy since we just need to install the desktop app.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, elements recorded in the steps are not proper. For example, if I am trying to click on a settings icon, the image recorded for the settings icon is not proper. In such cases, I need to rerecord that steps.
It takes too much time to execute a test suite.
Installing the desktop app is mandatory to start testing, since the recording only works in that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For normal automation testing, we need to write each and every line of code, which is hard for a beginner to step into automation. BrowserStack allows Low Code Automation, which is easier for a beginner to start with automation. There is no complex steps or not require any professional guide to understand the working. It's so simple and easy to use.

Browserstack makes it SUPER easy to access TONS of different browsing setups, from Apple, Android and Windows devices, some modern, some dating back to the 2000s?!
What do you dislike about the product?
The machines can be a bit laggy. I do not like how long it takes between clicks and action.

I use it to test my websites, i frankly don't want 5,000,000 browsers on my system so i like that browserstack makes it easy to test my websites on varying modern, outdated and even "retro" setups.

i do not understand how i can run the profile in my browser or add my proxy to the web version and automate it

What do you like best about the product?
Test Management and App live. Test mangement is super helpful along with all the integreatin it has. App live is wonderful for testing quickly on many different devices and utilizing all its mock data.

On my IOS testing apps, I have to enable IOS entitlements for them to work but that means I cant enable Picture Uploadso I am unable to test a lot of things on IOS so I no longer use browserstack for my IOS apps
