Good service hampered by occasional bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides a great set of devices to test on, and with them being real instead of simulators it helps to catch the real bugs
What do you dislike about the product?
The dev tools are occasionally buggy, and sometimes sessions terminate randomly

best device testing out there
What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about browser stack is the other testing devices i have used just simulate the browser, where as this emulates it using a real device, so the little quirks that you get with iphones actually get found
What do you dislike about the product?
the user interface is a little clunky and it also seems to be very slow sometimes

it is helping us ensure that our websites are optimised for all devices
Just about usable
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of devices is good, and the availability is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to finetune operating system versions, e.g. specifically wanting to test iOS 15.3 but only 15.6 or "15" being available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to use a variety of devices when testing websites without having to spend loads of money on buying physical devices

Great Customer support. Nice UI which is easy to use even for beginners. Helps in developing QA skills.

There are limited apps to test. Price is a bit high.

Helping in testing multiple platforms i.e. iOS, Windows, Mac, Android with ease.
life as a tester much easier

I have been using BrowserStack for over a year now, and I must say it has made my life as a tester much easier. With its cloud-based platform, I can test my applications seamlessly across various devices, browsers, and operating systems. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the testing process smooth and efficient. The live testing feature is especially helpful, allowing me to observe bugs in real-time and fix them quickly. I also appreciate the comprehensive documentation and developer tools that BrowserStack provides, making it easy to integrate into our workflow. Overall, BrowserStack is a must-have tool for any tester looking to streamline their testing process and ensure compatibility across multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing automation new devices threads are limited. Time out limits are not configurable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to BrowserStack devices we no longer need to buy new phone to test our apps

What do you like best about the product?
The different devices available make testing very easy, especially with all the different versions available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The devices timeout too quickly and sometimes the browser doesnt let the user know they are going to time out.

My company does not have all the types of devices available, so it helps make overall testing simpler.

Easy to understand the process during cross-browser testing. As weel Quick resolution of issues raised.

I am still using only cross-browser test functionality. As far now no issues. Good going on.

Easily configured and performed testing with the latest mobile devices and cross-browser testing.

We need to test our app on many different phones, so using browserstack is a much more efficient solution than buying multiple test phones
Cross Web Testing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a good range of real devices browser and os and helps in real device, cloud-based testing, and integration purposes too, good and easy to collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
The User interface design and interaction purpose is very low as per comparison with other platforms and the cost is also high and it has limited range as per my experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helped in real device testing on different browsers but wasn't much interesting but the outcomes were good. Integration with katalon was easy but not much productive but helped to solve some cases.
Great Services but need improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate BrowserStack's live testing functionality, which allows me to interact with devices and debug in real-time. This feature is also beneficial for my automation engineers, as it conveniently helps them identify locators. The continuous availability of devices is a significant advantage offered by BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our app automation process, my team frequently encounters network connection failures. Additionally, I have noticed instances where I receive invalid failures in automation that cannot be reproduced on real devices.

BrowserStack solves the challenge of ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility by providing a variety of testing platforms. It helps me ensure that my application is thoroughly tested across all available platforms. Additionally, it assures me that my automation scripts are running smoothly on these platforms.
