What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of usage of BrowserStack is one of its key advantages. Even for people without prior web development or testing skills, the tool is simple to use and straightforward. It is easy to transition between different devices and browsers, and the interface is clear and user-friendly.

The speed of BrowserStack is an additional benefit. Because of the tool's speed and responsiveness, developers can spot and address any problems that appear during testing very quickly. Teams working in agile development contexts, where efficiency is crucial, should pay particular attention to this.

The ability to test local servers, automated testing and connectors with well-known programs like Jira and GitHub are just a few of the many capabilities and integrations that BrowserStack offers. The testing procedure is streamlined and made more effective with the aid of these characteristics.

Overall, Web developers and testers will find BrowserStack to be a really useful tool. It is a top option for individuals who want to make sure their web applications are of the highest caliber and compatible across various platforms due to its wide range of supported devices and browsers, simplicity of use, speed, and additional capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my biggest problems with BrowserStack is its price. It's a little pricy for a small company like mine. It also has some bugs which can be ignored but if you're a full-fledged company using BrowserStack, I'm sure you wouldn't want these bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is helping our company solve the problem with mobile testing. We lack the resources to test on an actual mobile phone and Browserstack allows us to test on multiple phones with no issue at all.

I like the fast loading times incorporated within the overall Browser stack system. I also enjoy the different options given to emulate, allowing me to access many other instances I can use to maximize my work. These features in Browser Stack allow me to get more work done efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the application could be a little more user-friendly so that it would be easier to use. This would allow me to complete even more work as I can find the things I need to do faster. If these changes were fixed I think BrowsersStack would be near perfection with things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the problem that my phone cannot run a lot of applications multiple times and the emulation provided by browser stack really allows me to run those applications that my phone cannot do.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up & use. Provides up-to-date support on most major devices, Browsers & operating systems.
Local binary support is a significant advantage that our team heavily relies on.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we have seen some performance issues with the devices. Especially with mobile devices. Also, during the Apple pre-events, we don't get to experience new operating systems(iOS launch) .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-browser & device testing. Maintaining the device farm or Selenium grid on-prem is a significant challenge, especially with so many combinations of operating systems & browsers. With BrowserStack we don't have to worry about all the maintenance and BrowserStack has lots of device & browser options

What do you like best about the product?
I must say that I appreciate BrowserStack's wide-ranging support for various devices and browsers. The platform boasts over 2,000 real mobile devices and browsers, which makes it an excellent tool for ensuring that your web and mobile applications function correctly on different platforms. What I also find great about BrowserStack is its user-friendly interface. It is intuitive and easy to use, which is helpful for users who may not be as familiar with the platform. Additionally, the testing process is straightforward and efficient, providing uusers with various testing optionsto choose from, depending on their needs. The customer support at BrowserStack is also noteworthy. They are responsive, knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions or issues that users may encounter. Overall, BrowserStack is a reliable and robust testing platform that anyone can use to ensure their web and mobile applications are of high quality and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find lacking is the documentation. While the platform is fairly intuitive, it would be helpful if there were more detailed documentation and tutorials available. This would make it easier for users to get the most out of the platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. I also think that the reporting functionality could be improved. The current reporting features are helpful, but more detailed and customizable reporting options would be a great addition, especially for enterprise users who may require in-depth reporting for compliance or auditing purposes. While a few areas could be improved, BrowserStack remains a powerful and effective testing platform that offers an impressive range of features and device/browser support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software tester, BrowserStack is solving several problems for me that are directly benefiting my work. One of the primary problems it addresses is the need for comprehensive testing across multiple devices and browsers. With so many different devices and browsers in use, it can be challenging to ensure that an application functions correctly on each of them. BrowserStack provides over 2,000 real devices and browsers, enabling me to test my application on a variety of platforms without the need to purchase or maintain these devices and browsers myself.

Efficient Mobile Testing with BrowserStack's Cloud-Based Platform

  • February 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about BrowserStack is that it helps you test if your mobile apps work well on many different phones and tablets. With BrowserStack, you can test your app on real devices, which can help you make sure it works for everyone who might use it. The tool is easy to use and gives you pictures and information to find and fix problems quickly. Overall, BrowserStack is a great tool for you if you want to make sure your app works on many different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, there have been times when BrowserStack was slow or laggy, which made testing take longer than I wanted. Additionally, I found the pricing to be relatively high, which can be challenging for smaller businesses or individual developers. Despite these issues, BrowserStack is still an effective tool for testing web and mobile applications, and the range of devices and detailed debugging information make it a valuable resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my view, BrowserStack solves a significant problem for developers, which is the need to manually test their applications across a wide range of browsers and devices. By automating this testing process and providing a cloud-based platform, BrowserStack makes it much faster and more efficient to test applications for compatibility and functionality across various platforms. This saves me a lot of time and effort, allowing me to focus more on developing my applications rather than worrying about testing them on many different devices.

My positive experience With browser stack

What do you like best about the product?
I'm impressed by how easy the platform is to use - all I have to do is select the browser and device I want to test on, and Browser Stack does the rest. The service even provides a live preview of the website so that I can see exactly how it looks and behaves on the selected device and browser. The service allowed me to easily test my website on different devices and browsers, identify and fix issues quickly, and feel confident about the quality of my work. I would definitely recommend Browser Stack to other web developers who want to ensure their websites work as intended on a wide range of devices and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Browser stack; it has really only been beneficial to my workflow! Sometimes the UI bugs out but its really minor and it resolves itself after not even a second.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a web developer working on a new website for my client. While testing the site on my own computer, I become concerned that the site may not work as intended on other devices and browsers. That's when I remember hearing about a service called Browser Stack that allows users to test their website on different browsers and devices without having to physically own all the different devices.
