What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack's powerful integration with CI/CD tools like bamboo CI/CD, and Jenkins, with just a click, makes life simple for testers in a small organization. Support for all kinds of tools for test management, like JIRA and QTest, is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about BrowserStack; getting all the functionalities needed for testing packed in one place is fantastic. So, nothing to dislike. I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the CI/CD pipeline connection and the DevOps headache with one click. The test management tracking is more helpful while integrated with JIRA and Qtest for monitoring tests.

BrowserStack is a perfect QA control tool

  • March 31, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is an awesome tool that allows you to test on numerous physical devices without actually buying them. This is such an amazing feature! We found multiple bugs that would normally be overlooked in manual testing using only the devices our QA team has available on-site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive, but compared to the cost of buying devices, it is surely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the issue of a limited device pool in our QA team - with BrowserStack, we can test on almost any phone. This is benefiting our business massively.

Great cloud platform for mobile apps testing

  • March 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Historical tests' execution progress. We can always get back to old recordings and check what's changed and why.
Very good documentation and easy integration with Appium.
Detailed logging and screenshots of every action, so we can view video until the monent with an issue, scroll to this time line and find a root cause in a single page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like a politics with pricing: it's x2 for two devices, x3 for 3 devices etc. So we will more probably cut our integration test runs with some smoke suite then parallel it with paying at least twice more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to host mobile apps farm and test our app in real devices automatically on a regular basis.

Reliable solution to create e2e tests

  • March 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that my engineers can write e2e tests for both mobile applications in ReactNative, as well as, web apps built with ReactJS and Vue.JS. We have the e2e tests integrated in ou CI systems and only allow new changes when the tests pass. It gives us the confidence we need to add new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are none I could spot so far. I have to use the product for a few more months. Perhaps the fact that concurrent seats are limited make it harder to have multiple users using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said previously, it gives me the confidence we can roll out features to production with high confidence. Another benefit is to have this integrated as part of our build pipelines, reducing time and rework when testing.
