it's very difficult to mirror of 2 devices

the problem of having multiple physical devices. this saves me cost of owning a physical device, place of storage and maintenance

While the product is feature-rich, the interface can occasionally feel a bit slow when navigating between devices or test sessions, especially during peak usage times. BrowserStack eliminates the need to maintain an in-house device lab, saving us both time and operational costs. It solves the challenge of ensuring consistent user experience across a wide range of browsers, screen sizes, and operating systems. By using real devices, we catch visual and functional bugs early—ones that local emulators often miss. As a result, our releases are more stable, customer satisfaction has improved, and our development cycles are more agile and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of BrowserStack is that it allows for both automatic and manual testing on a large variety of real devices and browsers. Without putting up physical devices, it enables me to test across several OS versions, screen sizes, and browsers. The Live Testing functionality is very straightforward to use, and it can be easily integrated into any CI/CD pipeline because to its interaction with automation tools like Playwright and Selenium. Time has been saved and testing accuracy has increased thanks to this flexibility and convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be only one parallel test per purchase.

We had a requirement to test indifferent geo locations and OS. BrowserStack easily solved it and enabled us to test seamlessly

Our application needs to be working for different mobile devices. It's not possible to get all the devices physically. Using BrowserStack in convenient and easy to install the app.

Love their positive attitude and offerings. It's always been clear what I'm getting into, and documentation is easy to follow. They also host community events, which I haven't attended but really appreciate they exist!

I can't think of any right now. Wish there was a free hobby plan, but I do appreciate the free open-source plan.

Browserstack is easy to use with a very simple UI. The simple user friendliness of this system makes it easier to use and anyone can adopt to the application very soon. Specially the number of features offered by Browserstack is incredible. In weblive, we can test using different geo-locations which was very useful for applications which are implemented globally. Applive enables us to test in any os version, version different platforms which is a very useful feature to test our applications and make them compatible for all platforms.
The customer support received from browserstack team is also very professional and supportive. Browserstack is easy to integrate with other apps, and makes life easier in testing aspect. As all the evidences are automatically saved it makes the life of testers very easy. And when purchases it allows unlimited minutes to test which is totally worth the money.
