What do you like best about the product?
The Most Remarkable Facility and Amazing Features provided by Browserstack is its Wide range and Variety of Operating Systems & Mobile Devices to test the most Globally used Web Browsers with Latest to old Versions. Its CrossPlatform testing across Windows, Mac, Android and ios is remarkable with Seamlessly Switching between Browsers from any Android, ios, windows or Mac Operating Systems. Ability to throttle Network, take screenshots, zoom in and out the Devices and change Browser Resolutions are killer Features and a boon to Validate a Software product and identify Defects in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to Drag and Drop a field feature is not supported when testing Real Android or ios Mobile Devices. Also Sometimes, we are facing Network issues constantly and are unable to launch the Selected Real Device or Web Browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows us to check various Device Manufacturing Brand Mobile Devices with Several Android and ios Operating versions and hence i am able to test Compatibility of several OEM Devices. Also i frequently use App Live Feature with which i test Beta APK and IPA Builds before they are released into Play Store and App store. Also to Seamlessly Switch between Browsers from any Android, ios, windows or Mac Operating Systems is incredible and makes Testing Compatibility of an Application url hassle free & Efficient. Ability to throttle Network, take screenshots, zoom in and out the Devices and change Browser Resolutions helps User to find out more Defects and bugs in Validating an Application.

It provides a platform for cross-browser testing of mobile and web applications.
Our organization uses BrowserStack for iOS mobile app testing since we don't have a Mac machine for every QA to run the test cases on the local system.

What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot view in-progress test case execution recordings for troubleshooting during debugging.
Sometimes I face latency issues while checking past test cases build execution recording.

BrowserStack provides a virtual/simulator environment to test mobile applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time taken to solve issues is too much, have initiated the case 15 days back and did not get the solution until now. Still, we are struggling with it for iOS automation.

1. Providing a vast range of devices for automation and testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic cross-browser tool with extensive range of OS and browsers. Great, that it uses real devices. Very easy to switch devices. Comes in super handy to QA. Awesome functionality: Dev Tools on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when you switch devices, the initialising of the new device can be a bit time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to Q/A changes of the website on different devices. BS helps me doing this with ease.

Limited Testing Time: The duration of testing sessions can feel a bit restrictive, especially in lower-tier plans. For complex projects requiring extensive testing, the time allotted may not be sufficient to test across multiple browsers and devices thoroughly. A more flexible approach to testing session durations would be beneficial.

One of the standout features of BrowserStack is its exceptional speed and reliability. I have experienced minimal latency during my testing sessions, which is crucial for maintaining productivity and ensuring smooth execution of test cases. The responsiveness of the platform, combined with its robust infrastructure, has significantly reduced the time it takes to perform comprehensive testing across multiple browsers and devices.
I am working on UI/UX testing , Browser stack is very helpfull to do all my testing activities.

Real Android and IOS device testing they covered all major and new devices and cross browser testing, Now Accessibility Beta also included

Drag and Drop functionality is not working in Devices , If they fix this then all activities we can do in Browserstack

We can use cross browser testing with differen browser with different resolution in Different type of Windows and Mac

What do you like best about the product?
With so many device models, OS and browser versions available means I now have the ability to switch between different app and browser versions quickly - especially with the quick launch feature in my Chrome extension
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quick launch is empty and need to edit it again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to test across multiple browsers and OS and devices model and troubleshoot issues to try to reproduce bugs. This saves me time and reduces the risk of launching apps with UI glitches, especially for smaller screen sized e.g. iPhone SE 2020

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity of understanding. very much useful and happy using Browserstack for my personal use and personal practice of cross-browsing/Browser compatibility.

I have tested different url sites on different browsers and versions as well. Very great experience using BrowserStack.
A powerful tool to test across a plethora of browsers
What do you like best about the product?
It has a plethora of different browsers to test. All from the comfort of your browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, debugging on specific browsers, specifically iOS/Safari can be pretty arduous. It often crashes and can has inconsistent behaviours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to test on browsers we don't typically have access to. Particularly helpful when testing iOS & Safari.
Painless multi browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. You can test anything everywhere, in muiltiple devices and browsers with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive. I get that you have unlimited options on testing but if you want to test in just a couple of devices for a freelancer the 40$ per month is a bit too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multibrowser support in different devices. It's easy and fast to use without a hustle.
