Neeve Cloud BMS Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) is Tridium Niagara as a fully managed offering including all the cloud infrastructure, software licensing, patching and upgrades. Neeve's cloud infrastructure centralizes BMS in the cloud, simplifies security, licensing, and provides high availability and scalability.
With our robust cloud-hosted solution, you can-seamlessly migrate your Building Management System (BMS) head-end, significantly reducing the need for on-site hardware and maintenance visits. The platform is designed to provide reliability and peace of mind, with 99.9% uptime and a disaster recovery plan that guarantees service restoration within four hours. Additionally, continuous data backups ensure your information is always secure. Managed and licensed by Neeve, the service offers 5 different Niagara license types, with further incremental licensing options available through private offers to suit a variety of needs. Our infrastructure can be sized from 2 vCPUs with 8 GB of memory to 8 vCPUs and 32 GB memory. 100GB of block storage is included. By moving your master supervisor to the cloud, you can aggregate data and control functions across an entire portfolio of on-premise BMS systems, all from a single location. This centralized approach allows you to pull data from multiple buildings and feed it into an independent cloud-based data layer, empowering advanced analytics and AI applications to optimize your entire operation.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

Pricing splits into two parts: annual subscription plans and metered usage add-ons. The subscription dimensions are one-year managed services for the Niagara N4 Supervisor. They vary by Niagara connection count (SUP1, SUP10, SUP100) or field device packs (SUP0+Dev10, SUP0+Dev100), and by site size, which sets the compute allocation of 2, 4, or 8 vCPUs with matching memory. You pick the plan matching your connection needs and device volume. Two usage dimensions bill separately: data egress leaving the Neeve cloud, charged per GB, and block storage above the included 100GB, charged per GB.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How do the subscription plans differ by connection type — Niagara connections versus field device packs?
Connection plans (SUP1, SUP10, SUP100) count downstream Niagara station connections. Field device plans (SUP0+Dev10, SUP0+Dev100) instead bundle direct field devices with standard drivers. Dev10 supports 10 devices limited to 500 points; Dev100 supports 100 devices limited to 5000 points. Pick based on whether you connect Niagara stations or field devices.
When am I charged for block storage and data egress on top of my subscription?
Your subscription includes 100GB of block storage. You pay per GB only above that amount. Data egress bills per GB whenever data leaves the Neeve cloud to external systems. Both meter independently from the subscription and appear as separate usage charges. Data staying inside the Neeve cloud is not egress-metered.
What compute resources come with each site size, and does that change what I can connect?
Small sites run on 2 vCPU and 8GB RAM. Medium sites use 4 vCPU and 16GB RAM. Large sites use 8 vCPU and 32GB RAM. Site size sets compute allocation for the same connection count, so larger sizes handle more devices and points under one plan.
