AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prices by inspection volume across three tiers. You pick the tier that matches the number of unit inspections you expect to run. Tier 1 covers up to 5,000 unit inspections. Tier 2 covers up to 10,000 unit inspections. Tier 3 covers up to 20,000 unit inspections. Pricing scales with your inspection capacity, so a wider inspection program falls into a higher tier. All tiers deliver the same rental inspection and code enforcement service, differing only by the number of inspections included under the contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit inspection for billing purposes?
A unit inspection is a single inspection performed on a rental unit. Your tier reflects the number of unit inspections your program expects to run. The service supports both complaint-based and systematic inspections, plus property owner self-inspection programs. Re-inspections and follow-ups are part of the case management workflow.
What happens if my inspection volume passes the limit for my tier?
Each tier caps the number of unit inspections included under the contract. Tier 1 covers up to 5,000, Tier 2 up to 10,000, and Tier 3 up to 20,000. If your program grows past your tier's cap, you move to a higher tier. Contact the vendor to confirm how the transition is handled.
Are all software features included in every tier, or do they change by tier?
All three tiers deliver the same rental inspection and code enforcement service. You get the mobile inspection app, case management, workflow automation, reporting, cost recovery, and a property owner portal at every tier. The tiers differ only by the number of unit inspections included, not by the features available.
