You buy this rent stabilization software under a contract priced by the number of rental property units you manage. The three tiers scale with your portfolio size. Tier 1 covers up to 5,000 units. Tier 2 covers up to 10,000 units. Tier 3 covers up to 20,000 units. You pick the tier that fits your community's rental inventory. Pricing rises as your unit count grows, so larger jurisdictions choose a higher tier. All tiers deliver the same cloud-based rent regulation management capability, with the difference being the volume of units covered.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one rental property unit for billing purposes?
A unit is a single rentable dwelling within a property. One building can contain many units, and each unit counts separately toward your tier total. The software organizes your inventory by projects, parcels, and units, so your tier is based on your community's total rentable unit count.
What happens if my managed units grow past my current tier's limit?
Each tier caps the number of units covered: 5,000 for Tier 1, 10,000 for Tier 2, and 20,000 for Tier 3. If your inventory grows past your tier's cap, you move to the next tier that fits your total unit count. The tier applies to your whole portfolio, not just the added units.
Does the tier I choose change which features I get?
No. All three tiers deliver the same rent stabilization capabilities, including case management, workflow automation, correspondence tracking, an owner and tenant portal, and reporting. The tiers differ only by how many rental property units they cover. You pick the tier matching your community's rental inventory size.
