Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract is priced by the number of rental property units you need to track. You pick one of three tiers based on your inventory size. Tier 1 (Units) covers up to 5,000 rental property units. Tier 2 (Units) covers up to 10,000 units. Tier 3 (Units) covers up to 20,000 units. The tiers work as capacity brackets, so pricing scales with the volume of units in your registry. You choose the tier that matches your community's rental inventory.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A unit is a single rentable dwelling within a property. Properties are organized by projects, parcels, and units. Each individual rental unit counts toward your tier total, so a multi-unit building contributes several units to your registry count.
Each tier is a capacity bracket capped at a set number of units. If your inventory grows past your cap, you move to the tier that covers your unit count. Tier 1 covers up to 5,000 units, Tier 2 up to 10,000, and Tier 3 up to 20,000.
All tiers include property inventory tracking, case management, workflow automation, reporting and analytics, an owner and tenant portal, and integrated online payments for fees and fines. The tier you pick affects only the number of units covered, not the feature set.

Vendor refund policy
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days notice, if the other party materially breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. At the end of the thirty (30) days notice period, if there exists an unused balance of the annual subscription, that balance amount will be refunded within the following thirty (30) days.
